I have a few plushie books to add!

"Easy-To-Make Teddy Bears & All The Trimmings" by Jodie Davis. ISBN is 0-913589-40-3
"Easy-To-Make Stuffed Animals & All The Trimmings" by Jodie Davis. ISBN is 0-913589-56-X
"The Bear Book. How To Make Teddy Bears & A Few Close Friends" edited by Diana Deakin. ISBN is 0-8069-5820-0

I've looked through all three books and they're really helpful. They describe a bunch of plushie making techniques and have bunches of patterns for things as well. You need access to a copier if you don't want to destroy the book, however.

Various Craft Project Tutorials from the Art Attack tv show. It was intended for children but some of the ideas are practical and fantastic. There are several paper mache craft ideas as well as paper sculpture ones.

More: Make Cloth Dolls - lots of pictures and tutorials about making all styles of cloth dolls, ranging from chibi to life size.

i coulda sworn someone would beat me to the punch with this duo. The Thread Heads really jumped started me on so many projects. They also have a website of their own that has more detailed instructions and extra tidbits that they dont include on their youtube channel. http://www.threadbanger.com/

http://www.firemountaingems.com/ it's one of my favorite sites to go to when I need supplies for jewlery. Alot of the items can be used for other things like tha faceded crystals and inlay beads, but they also have Poly-clay and other crafts supplies. Even though it's a Wholesale Supply Store, you can still buy things individually. Also because it's a Supply store, you get disscounts for the more you buy.

They also have a wide verity of Craft Books as well.

http://www.polymerclaycentral.com/index.html Has a lot of info and advice for polymer clay, as well as links and other stuff, and some fairly good tutorials for beginner and intermediate projects.

It's a little "old lady crafty" in places, but you can get to some other good sites from there, and some of the projects are good for learning techniques. I found it helpful as a starting point anyway smile

Smooth-on's company has tutorials on casting and molding that could be very useful for general replications.

This company deals with casting, molding, sculpt materials: Activa Products:
Though they don't seem to sell directly, but they do show lists of online shops that distribute their products when you check out a specific product.
