Okay, so it looks like it's a bit difficult for a major swap to go ahead at this point - everyone has other things to do and other things to spend their money on, which is fair enough.
Soooo how about a mini swap for Christmas? I know everyone is probably doubly busy and poor around Christmas time, hence the 'mini'.
Instead of a large package, you'll be restricted to whatever you can fit into an envelope and still send as a letter, which will keep down postage costs quite dramatically (I just sent some international letters with felt charms in them for $1.95 (Australian)). We'll also limit the budget for the contents to roughly $5, so in total it should end up under $10. Obviously you won't be able to fit much in there at that size and budget, so this is just a small swap with say, a Christmas card and a charm, or a micro plushie, or a little packet of buttons or something like that. If you don't have enough free time to make something yourself you can always buy some small craft supplies (or grab some out of your stash) to include instead.
Other than those things, the same rules as
main swaps apply.
Anyone interested?
