*lock when solved* I've been trying to use Wi-Fi on my DS (for pokemon) for a while now. It will not connect, no matter how many times I try. My wireless works fine for my Wii and laptop. Is this a problem with my DS? I've entered the error code a bajillion times at nintendo.com, but none of the solutions are...solutons.

it went the same way for me. until i ruined the wireless router and my dad had to reset the thing manually. then it worked fine.

try unplugging the router from the power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. then turn on the ds, go to wifi settings, and search for access point, and test connection.

repeat until it works.

ok dude two things

1st READ, I've personally made a whole thread JUST to help people with wifi

2nd Nintendo Servers go down every now and then, just wait

either that or check what type of security you have on your wifi, DS DO NOT support the newer security measures (the Wii and your laptop are more advanced than your DS)

BTW: didn't mean to be kinda of a d**k, but read guys, or somebody make a sticky, there are at LEAST 3 of these threads weekly, I made a fix it sticky it

Check your router settings (reading the instructions helps too)

it will tell you if it's firewalled (or if it has that ability)

yeah that's what i have to do, i have to exit the browser i'm in then turn off the firewall and it will let me connect or sometimes it is disabled (if the light on the router is not flashing withing 15 seconds of plug in time go to my documents search nintendo and everything nintendo ish will show up click on the USB one NOT nintendo connection with the blue circle and once you do that go preferences then click everything enable)

woohoo!! that's a lot of talking ninja
