Mike Meekins is 22 during the events of PW1/GS1, 23 in PW2/GS2(even though he wasn't there), 24 during PW3/GS3(again, even though he wasn't there), and 31 in AJ/GS4.
So if you mean the most recent Meekins, then 31. But he first appeared as 22, which is how I always look at him :/
UPDATE: I just found out that if I were born in the Phoenix Wright universe, I would be Meekins's exact age!! O_O !!!
