"You'll need science for this too."

"But it's science for something I like, not shudder about. Besides, with my life, a doctor isn't exactly what I would aspire to be."

"Why not a regular psychologist or trainer for professional athletes? Why horses?"

"Because, like I said before, I don't want to just sit around all day, and with 'professionals' you have to deal with all kinds of complexes, and I just don't handle people like that very well."

"Can you even get a degree in this?"

"Yes. It's called Equine Facilitated Therapeutics, and quite a few colleges offer it."

"Oh, Aalisa. You have such a great mind. You shouldn't let it go to waste."

Dear Journal,
Why must it be that a person must choose? It seems like all the world thinks you either must use your head or your heart. If you have a great brain, you're just supposed to forget that you care. It's not fair. Why can't I use both?

Dear Journal,
It's sad when you find out the world has been lying to you all along. They tell you when you're young, "Keep up the good work and you can do anything you want when you grow up." What a load of crap. The smarter you are, the lessoptions you have. You can't have a charitable job, or even just an average "whatever" job, because then you're "lowering yourself" and "wasting your mind and talent." Does that mean that to be kind, to really care and want to help people with your life, you have to dumb? It seems to be that at the heart of the matter, you have to put mind over matter.

It's hard to add to a true story. But yes, it's sad. It's why I rely so heavily on scholarships. So I can go to Wilson College even if my parents won't pay. neutral

That IS sad, I feel for you and really take sides with those who have the wish to want to be able to do anything they want because they should be able to do anything they want thats the right thing. If people would only realize to respect each others free will in this world then that would solve a mountain of our problems at hand.

Mostly, I wanna make manga. I also wanna write books {and probably make them into mangas too}. I also would like to be a professional LARPer {live action roleplayer}.

Do you mean in general, like in the futrue when I have my career and when I need to go through legalness to get copyrighted permission from you? You'll have to wait awhile for that.. xD;
Or like in my spare time, over the summer randomness, post it up on the interwebz...? I wouldn't mind at all doing that- though it'd probably be my second time at trying to create a manga, {I'm curently trying to get a ouline to make a mini manga of my own version of Alice in Wonderland using characters that my friend and I use in our roleplays.}, so who knows what that'll be like.
