The funniest thing I've seen is the Epic Fail Hat. I mean, it's almost useless. The BRB part of the whole thing seemed only one third-interesting. I died laughing at the barf. xDD

I be's here.  I'd have to say (since I'm a huge RE fan) the Bloody Footprint floor tile. The description makes me laugh every time: "It's ... blood. I hope it's not Chris's blood." rofl

I think Langer the Dragon is pretty funny, especially the pose where you can strangle him. Also the NPC underwear, the descriptions on those are great.

Personally, I think that there is no one item but only a combination of items on a avatar but if I had to choose I would choose the Epic Fail Hat.
