Well, being the nerdy self I am, I decided to make a thread to answer any question someone can throw at me! So, how it works is first I start out by asking a question, and we answer the question reasonably and ask a new one! (Answers don't have to be right, they can be made up, but should be reasonable sounding)

Example:
Question: "Why do people have two arms?"
Answer: "People have two arms because they are too stupid to control three."
Question: "Why do ninjas wear black?"

My question:
Question: "What shape is the universe?"
PostPosted: Sun Jul 13, 2008 6:07 pm
The universe is like water; it takes the shape of its container over time, which raises an even greater question:

What is larger than the universe?

Well the universe is really big, but outside of the universe is darkness, and it's bigger than the universe, which is why so many people are afraid of the darkness. But a harder question is...

Why do plants use chlorphyl and not some other dye?
PostPosted: Mon Jul 14, 2008 1:45 am
Because Chlorophyll is green and we all know that green is the color of life. Without life there wouldn't be plants. If the dye was something like ....Petroleum (.....ok?) then it may be black! And black is a "death" color. Dead plants just don't work. ....Which causes me to ask ......

Why do plants grow from the ground, couldn't they come from the sky?

Well the reason behind that is they used to be up in the sky, but like the natural selection thing, where only the most suitable for the environment live, the plants in the sky were all killed by birds that ate them and only the ones in the ground survived because the big critters scared the birds away from the ground. But here's another question now that I think about the sky...

Why doesn't the sky either just float away or all sink in to the Earth?

I've got that answer:
The Multi-verse.
My question:
Why do stars exist?

Yelllowfox-san: Because the Sun is a star, and if we had no Sun there would be no us, and therefor no question of stars.

Kitty-san: Because the sky is held in place by Earth's gravity, and also it's too light to sink (or something...)

My question is why was I born a human, and not as a gazelle or something?
PostPosted: Mon Jul 14, 2008 3:49 pm
Well, then you wouldn't be Noii, but a random gazelle (unless gazelles secretly have their own society and naming conventions, in which case I don't know, maybe you would be).

Why do we humans bother philosophizing questions beyond our capacity to answer?

Because it's so entertaining to try to answer them anyway. xD

Why are salmon so lovely and pink on the inside? xD
PostPosted: Mon Jul 14, 2008 6:43 pm
Well Salmon are pink on the inside as a self defense mechanism, most other fish aren't pink, so when you open a pink fish, you might think it's poison, and not eat anymore.

But why are males traditionally nation's leaders and females are not?

Because men are superior to women.
...well, that would have sounded resonable in the fifties.

Why do people suffer addictions?

PostPosted: Tue Jul 15, 2008 8:59 am
Because if they enjoyed them, they would be hobbies.

Why does Pinky say "Narf"?

It's a side effect of the Brain's experimental hormone testing on the poor rat.

Why does coffee go moldy?

PostPosted: Thu Jul 17, 2008 12:11 pm
Well coffee comes from beans, and beans are a food, and every kind of food goes moldy because those mold buggers just like stealing peoples food to make people angry and come up with new ways to kill them, which will eventually create super immortal mold.

But why do people not all look the same?

If everyone looked the same they would have to be judged purely on their personality, who would want that? No one.

Why is there a lack of decent music?
