I love all the Slavonic Dances. It is really funny to watch my band director conduct them. whee

Yeah, the New World Symphony is really epic, but sometimes I prefer works such as his "American" quartet. The second movement in particular is absolutely gorgeous, but as a whole it's a really exciting and Dvorak-esque piece. I also love his Cello Concerto (duh! that's practically a requirement of being a cellist) of course, again the second movement is particularly moving but the first movement is really powerful too.

Cleveland Orchestra is playing The New World this Sundayyyyy <3

I would love to hear his other symphonies, it seems like all anybody ever plays is the ninth. :<

Love the "Largo" movement of the 9th symphony. Also a huge fan of his "Gypsy songs," particularly "Songs that my mother taught me:"

Anyone heard his Mass in D? Pretty gorgeous work, especially for soloists -- alto and baritone/bass have the best solos in the whole piece, in my opinion.

His 'American' quartet is one of my favourite pieces of music, it's just so nice to play as well as to listen to heart
