Summon question

I wanted to know if we can change our summons. I wanted the Elemental but couldn't cause I'm not a kage and not good enough. So I wanted to know if I can later change my snake summons with the Elemental when I'm good enough to earn one of them.

Hey question. When will mine and marquis's ideas gonna be put to the run through? I mean jutsu for the summons like for dragon

Dragon -
Half dragon transmutation

Falcon -
Feather furry jutsu
Falcon transmutation

I can come up with even more these are just a few. I mean come on. You said it wold take 1 week to put the idea through. It had been a month.

Well it is now fair if some of the users are already using my ideas. Jedi is fusing with his dragon summon. Is that approved? If it is i would like to know.
