I don't want to be the first to say it but...
I hate this couple. I hate it so much that it kills my soul whenever they have a "moment" XD It's been so long since I actually hated a couple, but... I hate it.
I love all of the other couples in Furuba, though :3 ALL OF THEM. They're all so cute!

I can't believe I haven't responded to this thread yet! Yuki and Machi are probably my favorite Furuba couple. They both came from harsh childhoods, setting either of them up for failure. Perfection issues, inferiority complexes -- they both have their repective fatal flaws. Somehow, through school life and other various interaction, they seem to overcome the walls they built around themselves and society and help the other one out. I don't think Yuki would've connected with Machi if Tohru hadn't been around since volume one, changing his attititude and the way he is around women. Their relationship is a visual for how one character can drastically change in a series (Don't believe me? Take a look at volume eleven and twelve, then read nineteen,).
Eh, it looks like I got a little longwinded there. But now you know. ^-^
blind-bubblegum, I completely respect your opinion. That's most likely because I've never heard from anybody sharing you point of view, but I can't really relate either.

For the longest time I thought it was gonna be YUKIXTOHRU, but I'm a hard core KyoXTohru fan now. Yuki and Machi was the most random/pop outta nowhere/last minute couple.....they're cute, but not my top choice. :l
