Lenon Vs. Zann

Lenon appeared, walking from the forest.
 

[iZann]

Zann walked to the centre of a clearing in the forest, looking intently at his opponent Lenon. He's at sannin level..I can't afford to be careless.  

[lenon01]

"Hello, Zann. Ready?"

Lenon threw off his Akatsuki hat and unbuttoned his cloak to make fighting more comfortable.  

[iZann]

"Always."
Zann's left hand flew to one of his swords strapped to his back, and with his right hand he threw 4 kunai at Lenon, heading at his head, left, right and torso. They all had explosive tags attached. Zann himself was dashing at Lenon with unmatched speed behind the kunai, granted to him by his bloodline.

Lenon dodged each of the four kunai in turn, moving left...right...and finally flipping above the other two before sending a tree at Zann while pulling out his own senbon.

The kunai buried themselves deep into the ground, but did not explode. Zann held his blade horizontally in front of him, and did not slow in his pace. the tree was cut neatly in half, and Zann leapt through the gap between the two halves. He suddenly launched his blade at Lenon, and once it left his hand it flew through the air as if it had a mind of its own, slashing at Lenon at every direction possible. It was moving so fast that even a sharingan cannot keep up with it, let alone a shinobi trying to avoid it. To Lenon it will feel as if a thousand blades was slashing at every inch of his body at once. Zann held his right arm up to defend himself against attacks.

Lenon sighed and disappeared in a small burst of mist when the sword hit him. He reappeared above Zann and shot a small, yet powerful bomb at him. The explosion would push Lenon higher into the air as well. He was already about 15 feet up.  

[iZann]

The bomb hit Zann and exploded, engulfing the area in powerful flames. When the smoke and flames finally subsided however, a burnt piece of log was in Zann's place. Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique) A grayish shape was streaking towards the sky like a bullet, with black wings extended out wide. Zann finally stopped in the air above Lenon, flapping his bat-like wings and staying airborne. He had a scroll open, and dropped a shower of 40 kunai straight at the ascending Lenon. In the air Lenon had no way of dodging unless he had wings, or has learnt to fly through the air.

Lenon preformed a single handsign and disappeared in a burst of lightning, reappearing behind Zann and throwing a punch at the back of his head, while at the same time attaching a chakara string to a tree and flinging it at him from above.

((Btw the shushin no jutsu clearly states that you cannot use it to dodge attacks))

Zann spun around, ducking as he did so. Lenon's punch hit air instead of his head, and Zann's left leg was already bent at the knee, ready to strike Lenon with a powerful kick. A blade extended from his leg vertically down his calf, so it would cut Lenon as well kick him. As the tree was heading towards him, Zann's right metal arm transformed a sharp blade. The tree was cut neatly in half as it passed through his arm. Without pausing Zann sent the blade at Lenon's throat, as well as the kick coming at him.

Lenon pushed off of Zann's foot, the momentum sending him one way while Zann went the other way. Lenon landed with his knees bent, and flashed a set of handseals. Two orbs spun quickly around him, creating an electrical field.

Dendou Kaitengi no Jutsu (Electric Gyroscope Technique)
Description: This technique offers the user both offensive and defensive capabilities, presenting some interesting strategic options. The user forms the necessary handseals and, by focusing his chakra, creates a pair of rings of electricity around himself, that spin about like a gyroscope, maintaining a constant electric field throughout its radius, which is half a meter from the user. If anything from outside attempts to enter this radius, the rings will shoot a blast of electricity potent enough to knock back a person and completely deflect any projectile. The shield will effectively block any taijutsu weaker attacks, and any weaker ninjutsu attacks. An attacker using a strong taijutsu will be able to enter the radius of the gyroscope, but will still suffer an electric shock as he enters. The user is able to move around while the shield is active, however at a slightly slower speed.

Zann landed in a crouch on the other side of Lenon, his hands already making handseals. The ground under Lenon's feet cracked and opened up an enormous hole of more than 10 feet across. A massive blast of steam burst out of the hole, blasting as high as the skies. Since Lenon cannot move as fast now to avoid it, Zann felt sure that this attack would hit as it is right under Lenon's feet.

Fuuton: Kanketsusen Souzou (Wind Release: Geyser Creation)
Description: Placing their hand against a flat surface, such as the ground the user can create a large hole in the ground about ten feet across and wide. At any time the user can cause it to erupt and send a colossal blast of steam and air shooting in the sky, sending anything caught within the blast flying high up in the air. Additionally the steam is quite hot in temperature, causing severe burns to anyone affected in the blast. The geyser has enough strength to break a building apart upon blasting, save for those made out of very strong materials. A good destructive jutsu, but hard to control.

Lenon quickly flashed his own set of hansigns when the hole appeared. A shield of electric chakara appeared beneath him, although he was blasted into the sky. Lenon fell to the ground, dispersing his gyroscope technique and electric shield. With incredible speed, he ran into the woods. Time for a change in tactics.


A puppet suddenly flew out from behind Zann, near 15 blades slashing from him at all directions. They glistened with a silvery substance.

Zann spun around the moment he heard the puppet, and the first thing he saw was the blades. The second thing was the substance. Zann knew that his clan's special blood would protect him from the poison, but he did not want to risk it just in case. Spreading his arms wide he spun himself around rapidly while emitting chakra. Hakkeshou Kaiten (Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin) The puppet was deflected from his protective shield. His left eye, a transplanted Byakugan, was activated, veins standing out like snakes out of his face.

Lenon saw this and cursed. His bees could be used to good effect, though...but not yet. Byakugan or no, he would find a way. With his bloodline, he made a raven form from the tattoos on his body. It flew around the battlefield.

Meanwhile, Lenon had also pulled out two more puppets. They shot bursts of lightning and fire from behind Zann.
