Pretty much my same resolution from last year, loose more weight. I didn't do too bad last year, not as good as I had wanted. But, at least I did loose some. lol.

I've always thought it was strange that people don't keep their resolutions. @_@; I always keep mine. >_<; Or at least do my best to try to.....the only one I've never followed was to stop biting my nails, and even after craploads of trying I still tend to do that. xp Heck, even my hubby slaps my hands when he catches me doing it. xDD

xD! I've been biting them since I was really young. My stepmom used to mix Tabasco sauce with my nail polish to get me to stop. And...even though I hated the taste, I still did it. @_@;; I think it's some deep rooted mental issue. xD

It's a nervous habit brought on by feelings of inferiority and uselessness. 3nodding (I love psychology.) Find a way to fix the underlying problem, and it'll be a piece of cake to stop chewing your nails. (I know, easier said than done.)
