Here are some of the custom jutsu and weapons i have made so far!

Jutsu's:
(for use when training up to the regular Chidori)
Your Rank: gennin (is in chuunin exams right now/ might be training for ANBU after that)
Rank: Chuunin
Owner: Spike Uchiha
Range: is like the regular chidori, i.e. you have to hit them!
Jutsu Element: Lightning
Jutsu Name: Raiton: Make-shift Chidori
Description:
This jutsu is for use when training up to the chidori. it helps the trainee to learn the values of chakra controll. the hand signs are the same as the Electric Overdose Technique (required) but instead the user focuses the chakra into the palm of their hand to form a small ball of lightning. the chakra is visible and will make a crackling sound when not moving. for this jutsu to do damage one must hit the opponent. Damage can range from minor shocks to third/fourth degree burns. Caution: when using this technique be sure to have learned Teikou no Kuntou technique or may result in burns if not learned.

Description:
this jutsu can be seen as a basic finger flick to most shinobi. but by using incredible strength the user can smash a building sized boulder with just a flick of the finger. this jutsu is mostly used to show a gennin how strong they can get if they train hard but if used in a fight this attack can be quite deadly. The user doesn't need to make any hand signs but by focusing their strength into their finger they may be able to fling their opponent very far away or just use the technique to mess with the opponent. the most a chuunin could fling a opponent is a good 50 yards away. but the estimated length for a jounin is 200-300 yards and Kage is as far as they like. this technique does call for serious weight training and even mental training so that the person can focus their strength.
