Yeah I think the awkward moment in the Manga where Ayeka becomes a dominatrix and she tells Sasami "Oh this is just pretend", but Sasami totally knows better sweatdrop

Awkward...well, there's every time Washuu tries to "experiment" on Tenchi, Mihoshi somehow sneaks up behind her...it's one of the few times you see Washuu blush.

2NA Do you mean from the Time and Space Adventures episodes? Ah, well, then they were actually only friendly for the last 30 seconds...which ended with them making out over Tenchi... I'm surprised that you aren't a big fan of that one... wink I'm not saying that wasn't nice to see them make out...but it WAS a bit awkward or at least pretty strange... Although I once read an interesting fanfic that had the two of them in love...actually I think I read a few of those...
