So I thought I'd just let you all know what's been going on; I'll post here from time to time just to keep people updated, in case anyone's wondering.

... Yes, I know, it's been AGES.
So ... in the time that's passed, my partner and I have moved to the city and are renting a little unit in a quiet but not too shabby part of town. After a month of searching I got a job with a karate company, selling memberships and doing advanced training 3 times a week ((plus another one on Sunday so I could train with my partner)). After two months of that, I left.
Don't get me wrong, it's a good job, but the hours were killing me. I wouldn't get home until 10 most nights, and since I crashed my car in my first week, catching the bus ((sometimes two)) just to reach where I needed to get to each day was a PAIN. My loving partner drove me around a bit at night as I went from appointment to appointment, but it was taking its toll on both of us. After all, I moved here for two reasons: My partner, and to get back on stage, and although the job was fun and the money was good where you could get it, it was keeping me away from both of my ambitions.
So ... I'm currently between jobs. Getting a job here hopefully won't be as difficult as it was in the country.

Wow ... it's been a while.
Okay, so I quit TAFE after Orpheus in May, saw Phantom lots, found a life partner, went somewhat reclusive, opened a graphics shop, concentrated a bit more on my Carpet petition, scored two jobs ((one of which will be finishing for the year this Sunday, so I've got to get another one)), and am of the mind to move with my partner to the city at about March next year'.

I've got a fair bit on my plate at the moment, lots of TAFE work, and rehearsals for Orpheus in the Underworld twice a week in the city. I haven't been keeping to Gaia much lately and I don't get to the guild every time I log in. Sorry about that.
