Yes, it really is annoying...
There was one who went to my profile and only asked for donations...He had a very bad taste of disturbing someone...during that time--even today--I am broke!

there's a lot of way to earn gold, you can sell stuff,playing zomg,play pin ball etc etc there's many things that can earn gold

Doctor Blovem 3 years playing on gaia and still there r many poor gaians asking for Donations And this become part of my life in gaia ^_* Awwww!!!! your so sweet....but I do feel the same way....I was one of those poor gaians (still am) but if you can spare a little gold to help someone why not.....pinball only gets you so much gold and zomg I can't even play on my computer crying

I am a poverty stricken Gaian. Seriously, I've been a member for like a week and have all of 500 gold to my name. Would I like to have an awesome aquarium and avatar for my Gaian? Absolutely. Am I such a tactless dirtwad that I'm going to go around begging for gold? Absolutely not.
Annoying? HECK YES. It was annoying on other forums and MMO's and it sure as heck is annoying here.
