So I had this old lady come in with a laptop she bought from CompUSA back in 06, actually the day of my birthday, strange odds, but anyway, she's all I need work done on this, I'm like um, we'll charge you for the work, which 3 years on a laptop, is generally time to upgrade to a new one. And and and
I work for Staples, not CompUSA.... and they've gone to strictly .com only, no stores period. She's all, "But I've heard you guys all go through the same company for your extended warranties... no we don't, how dumb would that be?

i got onto the compUSA website and gave her the 1-800 number and she left the store... i can only help her so much, ugh sometimes i hate retail...
