Okay so i just got Gaia Cash and I REALLY want the Death Whisper but they don't sell it in the Cash shop so is they're anyway I can still get it with Gaia cash. Like could someone trade it to me and I give them cash? Is that possible?

Buy aquarium items and then sell them in the marketplace thus converting your Gaia cash to gold. Research first to see what sells for the most gold.

You could buy current EIs with your cash and trade them for a Death Whisper.
