History/Background: A childhood friend of Bulma, Suneru, or "Sune", takes a different path and becomes an officer. She is on duty when the 24th World Tournament takes place, as well as during the arival of the Androids and the Cell Games. During this time, Sune does what she can to ensure the safety of her city, and is part of the emergency effort. She is also on duty during the 25th World Tournament, after which she officially decides that these World Tournaments are bad business, and swears never to get involved in them again. She is one of the few in the world not killed by Majin Buu, but most of her family is, including her husband. All the good people who died are restored to life, and her family is no exception. By the time the 26th World Tournament comes around, Sune has decided that things would probably be worse if she is not there, and is on duty at the event. She enters in the 27th World Tournament, and gets fairly far, but decides she's had enough, and drops out. This whole time, Sune has played an active role in Bulma's life, as well as Trunk's. She is on as good of terms with Vegeta as anyone can be. Sune inherited a tiny amount of Saiyan blood, but it is unknown how far back any Saiyan ancestor was, or which side of the family she got it from.

Family: All her close familiars are dead. But she considers the rest of the saiyans around the universe as her family... or what's left of it.
Personality: Determinated, lonely and independent, but also fiendly and funny. She can be very cruel with her opponents.
Bio: Her parents where both pure race saiyans, born on the planet Vegeta. They weren't there when Frieza destroyed it, so they survived. But, years later, they found out about the truth, and they both revelaled against him. They were chased because of that, and killed when Kerika was just 3 years old. She was raised by an old friend of her parents, who protected her and taught her the basics of fighting. They were travelling all the time from one planet to the next, avoiding the Frieza's men. That way, she started learning a lot of things from different places.
When she was 12, she started travelling on her own. Her main goal now is to find the rest of the saiyans, just a few on the whole universe.

-Original: Hi-so-kan (big energy ball: the ki is focused on the hands, in front of the chest, and released very fast), Sahnkii-da (her most powerfull attack: a huge energy ball that uses all the energy of the warrior at once. Because of that, it can't be used more than once without resting first; it leaves the warrior totally exhausted, and should be used only as a last resource)
-Other: SSJ 1 (at 17; but she still has a tail, so she could became strong enough to reach even lvl 4), Shunkanido, Ohzaru (she still has her tail; but she barelly uses this technique), Kiektaah-jin fight style (consist in a very advanced ki control style, than helps reducing the efford of the battle to a minimum, avoiding fatigue for a longer time)
-Other: Since she has been travelling around the universe for years, she has learn a lot of different things from the people she has met, such as new technologies, strange cultures, stories... and of course, fight techniques. The style she learned from the Kiektaahs or the Shunkanido are examples of that.
She has also learned about houndreds of other ones, but, obviously, she can't use them all. She just know them enough to find out how to beat them if they are used by her opponent.

Personality:

History/Background: During a mission to cleanse a planet of its native population; the Young Saiyan warrior Jicari became intimate with a young woman of the native population. Jicari soon learned that the woman was pregnant. When he found this out he smuggled her to planet Vegeta so that his soon to be born daughter could be raised as a Saiyan should. Jicari's brother, Icerg, found out about what he had done and reported him to the proper authorities. The punishment for smuggling a none Saiyan species onto planet Vegeta was death. The woman gave birth that day, to a healthy baby girl. The woman named the child Nandesca which in her native tongue meant one that is loved. A few days later Icerg was given custody of the child; the woman was never heard or seen from again. Icerg treated the girl like a slave. Nandesca waited for the day she would be free. That day came when she fought and killed her uncle. That day also happened to be the same day Frieza destroyed planet Vegeta. Nan died that day but due to a rare condition caused by the blood that flowed through her veins the Kai had no choice but to let her keep her body.
As soon as she made it to Hell she immediately started a fight with the closest Saiyan. The fight got so out of hand that one of the under world fighters was sent to quell it. While down there the fighter found the culprit and brought her to the other fighters. He reasoned with King Kai and the trouble maker was allowed to stay with the under world fighters. Nan remained with the fighters until the day a man named Goku joined. He told here about a planet named Earth and taught her the Kamehameha.

After Goku left the underworld she went searching for him. Her search brought her to Kabito Kai and Elder Kai. While there they welcomed her and helped her to further her training.

History/Background: Vegeta is the prince of the once might race called the Saiyans, who lived on planet vegeta with his father and comrades. He grew up in a world of violence and turmoil were in all he knew was power, and control, kill or be killed. He was a natural warrior with phenomenal power for a boy his age, when at 5 years of age he could destroy an entire race of people in a few days. He grew up yearning for power and control, espeicaly after livng under the ruel fo the galactic lord Frieza for the first 28 years of his life. He eventually lost his need for dominace as he encountered goku and his friends, and remained on earth. As the years went he began loosing more and more of his hate, til only the Proud and Powerful, not so malicous, Prince remained. He has sinced gained a brouder understanding of the world, and protect his home without regret, all the while continuely growing in power to prove himself superior to his life long rival and comrade, Goku. Today Vegeta stands as one of the most power fighters in the universe, unrivaled by all but Goku.

Personality: Care-free. Often quite.

History/Background: Dynes was born on Earth but his mother, who was alone at the time of the birth, passed away in labor. Dynes never knew his father and was sent straight to the orphanage, where he was on of the strangest children there due to his somewhat superhuman strength. No matter how he tried to fit in, he was always ridiculed. At age 15, he left the orphanage to continue his training and go to school. He is a straight A student two years later and is well on his way to being one of the most powerful saiyans on the planet.
