Who's better?Neji or sasuke?I think neji because he can cut sasuke chakra points also he has his byakugan even kakashi thinks neji will beat sasuke!

Well, they can both cut off chakra points. Neji's byakugan can see chakra points and can use long ranged attacks that are wind typed (can beat Sasuke's lightning). But Sasuke has the eternal Mongekayou Sharingan and can create illusions which Neji isn't trained in. I hate to admit it but Sasuke wins. crying

Neji, he has the Byakugan, his Rotation to repel basically everything and he can also cut off Sasuke's chakra and possibly kill him internally.
