Locke Trufeld I can tell you this much, that Golden Sun's music and Tales of Symphonia's music (Supposedly, this is actually news to me), are composed by the same person, Motoi Sakuraba. (Which sort of shames me since I actually didn't notice the similarities between the two games' music, which both I've played, and Motoi Sakuraba is my favorite video game music composer as well. ._.; wink

There's a list of games that he's worked on, and ... what not on that page. Also sorted by companies as well near the bottom. Ah i see interesting... But i know that Fire Emblem PoR and Final Fantasy IV music are not done by the same person.
Fire emblem is done mostly by Yuka Tsujiyoko (with help from Yoshito Hirano, Saki Haruyama, Naoko Mitome, Atsushi Yoshida, and Kaneko Teramae for PoR)
And Final Fantasy IV is done by Nobuo Uematsu
So the fire emblem people must have copied...
