What time do you go to sleep?

its weird, I would always got to bed at 10-11ish during the semester but now that I dont have to go class, I go to bed at 1-2ish. Blah, I think my internal clock lives two different time zones.

I have a similar problem. But then, I tend to have trouble getting to sleep at any time. Chronic insomnia caused by emotional instabilities and mental issues. I could go into more detail, but it won't help either of us. Time for a little meditation. xd

My sleep pattern is fubar like nobody's business. I go to sleep anywhere from 4-7am and wake up around 1-2pm.

8/9AM-5PM is my usual sleep schedule.

I usually go to bed around 2-4am and get up about 12-2pm.

But i also take occational naps halfway through the day that I am up.

Hmmm...let me see. Sometimes I go to bed around 2-4AM other times I can go to bed as late as 7AM and all times I'll wake up around Noon-2PM. Then there are the times I don't go to bed at all and just stay up for however long. I go to bed when I'm tried...though sometimes I have to force myself especially if I have something important to do. sweatdrop

I had to change my sleeping schedule so I could take a resume in.

Man don't you hate when you have to do that? It's like, "I like my sleeping schedule *censored* it! Leave me alone I'm sleeping!" *laughs* Then again there are some thing I really don't mind changing my schedule for.

Uug, I stayed up till 5am last night.

oh well, I go to bed about 12pm. If I depend to be tired and my friends are not online then I go to bed about 10pm. If my school starts then I will go to bed at 10pm.

*chuckles* Yeah, that's one thing I'd change my sleeping schedule for. *blinks* I was still up at 5am last night though I did go to bed a little after that for a change. Wow, I went to bed early last night. eek

Oh man I remember going to school and having to go to bed early just so I could get up early for school. gonk Not something I miss that's for sure. I don't think I could go to bed that early anymore if my life depended on it... sweatdrop Maybe if my friend's life or my little brother's life but not my own. sweatdrop

No matter what time I go to bed I always wake up at 7:30. I may choose to go back to sleep again, but I always wake up at 7:30.

I used to do that when I was going to WTI.
But when I got out, I dropped that habbit REALLY quickly.

What'd you major in? I'm trying to decide what career to get into.... Currently I'm thinking "Archaeologist", but before that it was actor, food buisness, and software engineer at google.
