Personality:
Croc is a gentleman with a taste for blood. He's got a swagger in his step and a tongue that can spin as glib a statement as he needs. This kimeti is perfectly charming when he has been fed, and not so pleasant when he has isn't. Symptoms of hunger include, but are not limited to, sudden spouts of cynicism and more feral behavior. This buck has dark tendencies, ones that he struggles to both accept and deny. Despite making his life very laid-back and dignified, he still craves flesh. It is only his set of 'standards' that has kept him from attempting to dine from his fellow kimeti, but he does think about it...
Likes: Long strolls through the swamp, naps in the sun, swimming, good company, meat
Dislikes: Being a more laid-back fellow, Croc is generally accepting of just about everything. He doesn't like parts of himself, particularly the side of him that wants to make very messy kills and other unsavory acts. He hates that he gives in to those parts sometimes, though it feels wonderful at the time.
Quirks: Croc doesn't feel as if he is connected at all to the swamp, that all other kimeti have strong spiritual ties to it. While he can sing beautifully, he doesn't believe it has any of the passions of the things he hears during the night. He just feels like he doesn't belong, that he's not a true kimeti. Though if you asked him, he couldn't tell you what else he could be.
Motivation/Goals?
At the moment, Croc is struggling to understand the more frequent, gruesome dreams he's been having. There is something going on in the swamp, driving him slowly insane. And at night, he becomes something of a monster. He wishes to find out the source of the change and do something about it, or else be overtaken completely by his urges.

Name: Burning Bright

Personality:
A dedicated optimist, Burning Bright is one of those do-good samaritans. His most frustrating characteristic is that he thinks that he's always right, and he will argue anyone down until the somebody either accepts him, pretends to accept him (this is often the case), or proves him wrong. Things like threats to his life and insults against his intelligence make him laugh. Because it doesn't matter, does it? He's always right, and so he takes them only with a grain of salt. And if he IS proved wrong, he usually becomes a little perplexed before making the admission he was incorrect, just this time. He is appallingly good-natured, even if he is a little full of himself. His pride does not restrict him from being a little silly at times, or anything else he feels may brighten someone's day.
Despite his acting the fool at times, Burning Bright is generally very quiet and thoughtful when by himself. He can pursue an intelligent and tame conversation if it's needed of him, gladly granting counsel or just an ear if someone wants to talk. He is very protective of his fellow kimeti, and even some other animals of the swamp. And just because he's very kind doesn't mean he's not a good fighter. He's not stupid- he's just incredibly hardheaded.

Quirks: BB is larger than most, if not all other kimeti. He believes he was born from the sky, but that he escaped to live a life on the land.
Motivation/Goals?
He wants to help anyone he can that he comes across, be it physically or mentally. He just likes to cheer others up and make life a little easier for them, then continue on his way from there.
His goals are to meet as many kimeti and make as many friends as he can. He loves company, after all, although he isn't very sure if he wants to settle down for good.

Personality:
Grithoof puts up a very fierce composure, often coming off as wild and dangerous to those adults he meets along the way. The truth is he feels a bit threatened in the presence of others until he is assured otherwise, more bark than anything else until he gets a proper feel for what he's dealing with. Usually his presence is enough to persuade a bothersome kimeti to leave him alone. He's defensive because he's gullible, he's suspicious because he's charitable. There's a soft spot in this buck, and he is afraid of it, believing it will ultimately lead to his downfall. It is not really in him to look on while another kimeti struggles or does without, be it food or otherwise, and he ends up going out of his way to do for others when his will breaks. It's even more difficult when he is pleaded with. He loves younglings, however, believing them innocent and in need of care. Although a little rough and awkward, he does enjoy good company. A friend of Grit's is usually a friend for life.

Hunts for sport, yet will help (almost) any animal he finds in trouble in the swamp. Owns a foxbun that he dearly loves, even if he threatens to eat it when in company.
Motivation/Goals?
Currently, his biggest goal is to hold down and maintain his territory while always on the look-out for somewhere better. He also enjoys keeping himself fit and hunts for pleasure.
Ultimately, he would like to find someone to settle down with; someone to grow old with and who will breed foxbuns with him. Seriously. This is a deep, dark secret, however.

Deal With It has the crisis of being a self-serving megalomaniac. He's very independent and not particularly interested in you unless you're (un)willing to be a participant in his less-than-ethical simutests. He sincerely doubts that you know anything he doesn't about things that matter, but he's always willing to be surprised. This is his personal, beholden beliefs. In all actuality, he can be very pleasant to those he first meets, even charming. Arrogance, however, is a flavor he has a hard time filtering out of anything.
