i own soo many final fantasy games...i have final fantasy 3, 5, 7 revnant wings, 7 crisis core, 8, 9, 10, X-2, final fantasy crystal chronicles, finla fantasy tactics, final fantasy tactics A2 grimore of the rift, and im not sure what its called...but its a final fantasy tactis for PSP that has something in the title involing lions...and i think i own more...just cant think of all of them right now xD

VII Will always be my absolute favorite I had it but then my brother destroyed it so all I have is the original demo. I also like IV, VIII, and X but not X-2

Final Fantasy X because I really enjoyed the storyline and all of the action and whatnot...was the best one I played so far.

10 did have the best battle system, and leveling mechanics out of all of them, methinks. A good enough reason to like it over the others. xD
