I would have thought Misa, but actually when I think about it she could have been a lot worse. Not to mention when combined with L they make some funny scenes. So it would have to be... Takada, just for being dull.

I think the two most annoying are Misa and Matsuda! Sorry Matsu fangirls!
They are just clueless! They help some parts, but mostly, they're useless and/or dumb.
