1. I agree completely. Youtube needs to become more about the You.

2. Freedom of Speech, unfortunately, does not legally cover internet sites.

3. YouTube is a business, and has the most views of any video hosting site. When you have that type of power, it corrupts you. That and it's owned by Google and they need to hold up their "standards".
