Description: After seeing Katsuro use Glass scorpions Empty surmised he could do it with iron sand. However since it was origionally of another bloodline it is only 1/10 the power. This means the user may make a maximum of 10 scorpions. They get weak after 5, and must rest with all 10. They copy the poison aspect by runing a small volt of electricity through what they sting that numbs Where they sting for 2 posts. They may sting three times before falling apart and turning into iron dust. If destroyed they do not release electricity. You still have to add blood.

Description: With this jutsu Empty covers two of his fingers in iron sand claws. He then lunges and strikes the opponent with only these two fingers. If both claws cut an electric current is released that numbs a small the area cut. After one post this numbness spreads. After another post it spreads to cover the size of a limb. THIS IS NOT PARALYSIS. If it was, i'd make it a jounin technique. It lasts one post after full effects and then dissolves. It just slows them a bit and makes them puff up. Like if they try to throw a shuriken right away they would be like... read the example

Rp Sample
During the same training session as above Empty trained his new taijutsu attack. "Iron snakebite!" he yelled as he formed the claws and dug them into the fake ninja. After about two minutes the mans arm was flailing by his side. He tried to grab a shuriken. "Why the hell is my arm so big?" he asked himself. While he was wondering about his arm Empty punched him in the face and knocked him out. The swelling had already started to go down. it only lasted about a minute anyway.

Description: This jutsu creates an image of a cake that sits anywhere the user chooses. When opponents look at this cake they become paranoid because they feel like it isn't real, but it smells, looks, and sounds real. The opponent will feel a need to touch the cake. Not even to eat it, just to touch it(unless they are hungry). The user may place things like bombs or poisonous animals inside to deter people who touch it.
Rp Sample Empty placed the cake on the table before the ninja got to the room. When he walked in Empty was safely hidden in the next room. The ninja looked at the cake and seemed to resist the temptation for a moment. Then he couldn't help reaching out to touch the cake. As soon as his fingers came near it it disappeared, revealing a letter bomb cluster and a microphone. Before the letter bombs exploded blowing the ninja to bits, Empties voice came over the speaker. "The cake was a lie looser."

Description: The user touches both hands to the ground and releases pulses of electricity into the ground. This jutsu is used solely to hit targets underground or under some other underground thing. If hit while using earth military movement the opponent is expelled into the air and shocked. This also disrupts or destroys other jutsu that use the ground such as mines. Because the opponents is underground they may only dodge this attack by chance as they cannot see it coming. It does travel through bone and metal, but not water.
Rp Sample Empty smiled. His opponent had layed a bunch of traps using chakra mouths and fled underground. He activated the(lets just say I have) Neo byakugan in his left eye. The fool was right underneath him. He put his hands on the ground. Electric power surged through them firing into the earth at random. One managed to hit the man, and he flew out of the ground. Empty kicked him back down from the air. "Dont bother trying to set off your bombs. The shock destroyed them"

Description: It's like the toothpick spitting jutsu except the user uses one made of iron. It does a better job as a combat jutsu because iron actually peirces the skin. It still only distracts the opponent but may cuse thme to stop to pull the barb out.
Rp Sample Empty walked through the streets of suna chewing on an iron toothpick he had mad. Iron tasted good once you got used to it. He saw his friend running toward him and decided to play a trick on him. He spit the tooth pick in his face and he dropped like a rock. 'Whoops...' He thought slowly walking away.

Description: The chikara clan member runs chakra into his right hand and punches or grips the opponents the opponent. Upon impact the user blasts gravity into the opponent and increases the weight of their legs or arms. The level of increase changes by rank. This technique is signified by a liquid the color of the users glowing arm dripping from the hand(like the gravity spell in FF). If used as a punch the opponent must block.
AS: mere inconvenience
Genin: annoyance
Chuunin: problem
Jounin: User cannot jump or move their arms(unless they have hachibi equivalent strength)
Sannin/Kage: User can barely move legs or arms. Something like kaguya is required to make yourself moove 2 ranks slower than your normal speed.
Rp Sample On Empties first mission as a jounin he ran into a samurai. It was the perfect class to test his new jutsu on. He put his right arm down and the black linen started dripping sickly green liquid chakra that disappeared when it hit the ground. The samurai Braced himself walking right into the trap. Empty jumped as if he were going to punch, but at the last second he opened his hand and gripped the samurais arm. the liquid flowed into it and Empty jumped back smiling. The samurai pulled an axe and obviously tried to jump at empty. He fell flat on his face, and Empty held him down. "you're coming with me kid".

Description: The user holds their arm rigid and lets the gravitational fields flow around their body. These fields glow the same color as the users arm. They create a dampening effect that reduces the weight of things that are about to hit the user. Thus making them less effective. However it also increases gravities effect on the user making them heavier. The user may add whatever aesthetics(such as spikes) they want, but these do nothing special.
Rp Sample Empty activated his shield as his student came at him. The student obviously didn't know much. He attacked head on like a taijutsu student should but he was slow. Empty had more than enough time to activate his jutsu. A billowing cloud burst forth then returned to his body in a perfectly smooth barrier-like green shell. He could make it look how ever he wanted it to look, but this was good for now. Empty felt himself become heavier. the chuunins fist passed through the green and hit empty in the chest. He barely felt the hit, and returned it with one that flung the student across the field. "You pass kid!" he yelled. To make him feel the attack at all was good enough.

Description: The user laces their mouth with chakra before swearing as loud as they can. People who hear it will have a compulsion to stop what they are doing and gasp. People of lower rank than you will have a 50% chance of being affected. People of and above your rank have a 25% cance of being affected. Roll a dice to see.
Rp Sample Empty was in the middle of a heated battle. His opponent was doing a long string of signs for a jutsu that would surely defeat empty were it to be finished. empty pulled a few signs and touched his fingers to his mouth. "********!" he yelled as loud as he could. The ninja immediatly stopped what he was doing, and Empty punched him in the face.

Description:the user plunges their hand into the ground and pulls out a smilling turnip. They can do whatever they want with it but after one post it will cease to exist, so eating it is useless. it also has a one in five chance(random number if its 5) of being an angry turnip that will explode like an explosive tag before ceasing to exist.
Rp Sample "Let's fight!" yelled Empties opponent. Empty reached into the ground and pulled up a turnip, then threw it at him.
it hit him on the head, completely baffling him. Empty pulled up another one. this one had an angry face. He chucked it quickly and it exploded. The other ninja walked off grumbling about stupid wastes of ninja potential.

Description: The user focuses all power into one hand and slaps the opponent. This jutsu can knock a person down. With medical strength it can break someones jaw. After being hit the person will be dazed for one post, finding it hard to concentrate.

Description: The user makes a few handsigns and fires a small blue ball at the opponent. If this ball hits the opponent will be tickled all over their body so hard it hurts. If you are 4 ranks higher than your opponent they also wet themselves causing extreme humiliation. The ball cannot travel through solid objects, but passes through water.

Description: The user does a rockpaperscissors and shows the results to the opponent. If they look they are caught in the trap. Roll a one through three random no.

If it lands on rock the opponent temporarily feels like a boulder is on top of them. If it is scissors they will feel like they have been cut in half at the waist. If it lands on paper they will hear fluttering noises. The effect only lasts for half a second, but is enough to distract most people. You would think that someone could cheat by making whatever sign they wanted, but "magic" controls what they land on.

Wherever this cone hits the people inside become dyslexic, and are unable to speak coherent language for two posts. The blast also knocks them on their backside.

Description: The user places their hands on the other persons stomach. They then use a combination of high frequency chakra waves to tell if the person is pregnant. This test is 100% accurate starting at the point of conception. It can also tell you gender, and can create a shield against external abortion(I.E. punch to the ovaries). It also reduces tension and labor pains. Additionaly it acts as an anesthesia during birth.
