The police force drafts 12-year old travelers.
Entire organizations can be toppled by a few kids.
Bikes are always ridiculously priced, but you won't have to pay for one.
If something is really pissed off at you and wants to kill you, just shove it into a tiny ball for a bit. Then it's your best friend.
Thousands of evil people can't capture a single legendary, but one kid can end up getting all of them.

Allowing random kids to cap legendary creatures that are said to destroy the very fabric and structure of the world's balance if caught.
Also, top secret crime syndicate bases being defended by the Poke equivalent of Goombas.
