They're about equal. Both accurate with the same damage. ACR is a bit more accurate.

Depends on the game mode I guess. Hardcore I'd go with M4A1. Regular, ACR w/ SP.

The only problem I have with the M4A1, come to think of it, is that a lot of smoke comes out. So you can't really see your enemy without a suppressor.

I like the ACR more myself it just gives me the impression that it's better. Because when it comes down to it bullets mean nothing when you can't hit anything, the ACR is more accurate in the end so i prefer it

Real professional, idiot. Anyway, the ACR has little, if not, NO recoil. The accuracy for ACR is better, but the M4A1 is good too. Before I got the ACR (last Sunday) I would use the M4A1 as my assault rifle because it had similar concepts as the ACR. The M4A1 in short is just a duplicate of the ACR for lower levels.

ACR since it almost has zero recoil
that almost zero recoil gives you the edge when using ACOG sight you'll find it easier to keep that point on the enemy without it moving about too much

i have to go with the ACR, but lately i've been using the m4 and getting great games. Plus it sounds beast with a silencer

I actually use both, i tend to alternate my ARs depending on the situation, the biggest thing with the MagPul Masada ( aka ACR) id that when you shoot at an enemy it kicks their barrel up more than any other gun. But the m4 is severely improved from the previous game, and tends to serve just as good a purpose. I like the irons for it alot more because the cross on the Masada gets my ADD goin and i cant aim, with a sight i prefer the Masada but irons m4

Both guns are good but the choice is ultimately up to you.

The M4A1 has a fire rate 800 rounds per minute with a kill time of .225 - .3
without SP (stopping power) With SP it kills in about .15 - .225

The ACR has a fire rate of 750 rounds per minute with a kill time of .24 - .32 without SP, with SP its .16 - .24

Some other little details is that the M4 is more powerful but slightly less accurate while the ACR is more accurate with slightly less power. It just depend on your playing style. Use the ACR if you want range and accuracy and the M4 for power and accuracy. Also the ACR looks pro with camos

M4's faster fire rate comes in handy at medium range combat, especially with a fmj, it kills quickly with it's faster rate and actually looks good with fall camo on

acr i would prefer at longer ranges due to acuracy, and can be dependable with a acog scope, and a fmj with a sensor for shooting through walls...
