Ok, in my personal opinion, we need to have a Towns event held to recruit more members to the guild. I think that if we announced it in the main forum and had all the captains who could possibly attend be there, as well as espada/arrancar, we could rake in a ton of new people. Questions/comments?

That'd be a good idea. We need people who are Semi-literate and up though. I'm kind of getting tired of some of the members.

I think it's a great idea, the arrancar ans shinigami both need more people.
