☆personality- - - Athalia wants what she wants, and will have it. She likes things to be done her way! She can be quite demanding and manipulative, and sometimes spiteful if things don't go her way. She is also a bit prone to mood swings. She likes people to act as her servants, to do many kinds of things for her. Not that she can't do things for herself, but why do that when she could just make someone else do it? Despite this, she is actually a good person inside..deeply inside. When it comes to the two she actually calls friends, Athalia would do anything. She really does care about them. Somewhere behind her irrational anger, flirtatious mask, and selfish actions, there is a heart.

☆biography- - - Born into the heart of the Dark Court, the Unseeing is as old as the Unfeeling. She was the daughter of the Dark King himself, making her the princess. The Unseeing's childhood was extremely spoiled. Her father gave her everything her heart desired. It was never enough for her; she continued wanting more and more. If no one gave her what she wanted, she used her power, concentrated in her eyes, to force others to give her what she wanted. When she finally tired of her old home in the Old World, she moved to the New World. Half of the Dark Court loyally followed her. Reluctantly, the Dark King gave in and moved the entire court to the New World and set it up just outside of a city. The Unseeing princess danced with the other fey until dawn broke and shattered the spell. She messed with the minds of mortals and took their short lives to pleasure herself. Her greed became unrelenting; she demanded more and more. To see her possessions made her feel proud.

Her father was disgusted at the way she was living her life. He tried talking to her, and even punishing her. But nothing seem to stick. He warned her that if she kept acting the way she was, something terrible would surely happen to her. Athalia blew him off whenever he did this, his words going in one ear and out the other. The King believed that if only her mother had lived beyond Athalia's first year, that things might have been different. Athalia never knew her mother, and would walk out of the room if he brought it up.

At the age of three hundred, the Unseeing made close friends with the Unfeeling and the Unspeaking. Together, they formed a troublesome trio. The trio went as far as to nearly reveal their existence to a street full of mortals. For this, the High Court punished the trio by binding their most outstanding attributes and marking them with tattoos that held them. The Unseeing's sight was bound into a tattoo of eyes on her lower back. Her sight will be unbound only by a confession of love by someone she can make love her. Her father's last words to her were, "You cannot use magic to make someone love you Athalia. There is nothing you can do but abide by this curse. Change your ways my daughter, while you are under this punishment. Or I fear you will never see again.."
