Look, mate. You need to first make a profile - a profile that the Captains will accept and one that Sir King here will like enough to have you. In addition, since Seventh Squad is also the Kido Corps., You're going to need to have a character pretty skilled in the use of Kido. Not so much that he's the master, but enough to make it seem that he belongs there.
In your profile, I recommend pictures of your character if you aren't very descriptive. In addition I recommend a Bio of no shorter than three paragraphs. I say three because the minimum is about two, and no one likes people that do the bare minimum. These paragraphs should also be well-built. Very little do I see sentences like "the dog ran" in literate Role-Plays. Generally, there would be much more information in the sentence. If you're crazy enough, you could even write a paragraph on how, when, and where the dog ran, but I'm only using this as an example. Run-ons are more easily accepted than fragments (I admit that I create run-ons on a semi-regular basis), so avoid fragments. Fragments are, to put it simply, incomplete sentences. Going back to that first example I gave, saying just "the dog" or "dog ran" are examples of fragments. In some cases, they acceptable in dialogue, but are otherwise greatly frowned upon, especially in the "literate world". If you can do these, I'm sure King would be very willing to help you join his squad.
