I can speak tagalog can you. first of all it is a language that Filipinos can speak, well most filipinos can.
Can you speak or understand?
OR are you just philipino?

I was learning it for the past three years. And I'm still a language n00b!! :'D
I barely understand it, but substantially more than I did as a kid.
And yes, I am Filipino. Actually half Chinese and half Filipino, but I'm closer to my Pinoy side.

My frans mom speaks that >w>
she has a really bad accent.
She gives 'Ashley' three sylllables
like: "Ash-o-lee"

Im Canadian, but getting married to a Filipino next year. I understand some of it, but not enough for conversation.
