... I'd be Seizure-man. Able to Vibrate and flash wildly and give crooks terrible seizures that usually cause them to stop their crimes and swallow their tongues. My Rogues Gallery isn't very full as most of my returning victims are in wheel chairs and some may not have tongues.

FesterMeister, my power? The ability to rally any and all rodent or flying insect to my cause. Typically using the smallest in my fleet in the earliest phases of psychological torture on the victim. My link with these creatures means I share sensory. This makes my presence able to observe the slow mental and sometimes physical deterioration often from miles away. To use my power I must enter an unconscious or altered state, body limp in my sub-par office chair. I do this by huffing and I luv it so.

I torture my enemies by slipping magic mushrooms into their food while they are asleep and use my insano-vision to barge in on their hallucinations and kill their minds with my awesomeness.
