Not hard enough to brake anything, but I did hurt my hand.

And yes. It was out of anger.

Ever sence then, if I want to let off steam, I put on thick gloves first.

Yeah, my mum thought the same thing every time she had that urge hence she's punched a wall twice and a metal door once. The object always came out of it far worse then my mother. sweatdrop

ROFL!! I used to punch the walls leading down to the basement all the time just to see how big of a hole I would leave. I found however punching brick or metal hurts worse than your nose getting broken by a door... And if you have never experienced a broken/damaged nose by a door; you should try it just to tell people "I did this and it hurt like hell, don't you dare do it!!" because they will after that point think "How could such a thing hurt that much?" and then they will do it, and pass along the message, continuing the cycle.

Really? After I got hit in the nose with the door and broke my nose I told my class never get your nose hit by a door. The next day some boy from my class had broke his nose the exact same way. I was laughing so hard I fell out of my chair. I went home that day with a bruised butt.
