Besides I've had things like that happen to me before to many times to count to be honest. Some song whether a theme song or some random little diddy will get stuck in my head and won't leave for awhile. Give it a bit you'll eventually forget it, but don't do what I do after you finally do...

"What was I thinking about? Oh yeah the Simpson's theme song *Simpson's theme song starts playing in head and is stuck again* Oh for the love of the dark gods... *Enjoys now stuck AGAIN song for the day* might as well enjoy it while it's there..."

Although I thought Family Guy was super retarded when I first saw it, I have to admit, I think it's loads funnier than the Simpsons. lol Anyone seen the simpsons movie?

Yes, the Simpsons movie was awesome. 3nodding Family Guy, tho....Sorry, but I find that one a pale copy of the Simpsons. I mean, it's obvious that the creators just ripped off the Simpsons when you watch the earliest seasons. Honestly, a side-by-side comparison kinda makes it look like Family Guy is just making fun of the Simpsons alone. But as a show, I don't think it's very good. The funniest character is Stewie, and he's usually just an excuse for a quick gag.
