Kaiyo is physically the same, although her eye color is changed. When in non shinigami form, Kaiyo's eyes are a light shade of sky blue. Also, she tends to wear the clothes in the photo when not in her captain uniform.

Kaiyo's Zanpakuto may have a dangerous look to it but it is used for healing other Shinigamis. It does however have a very feirce attack that can show its dangerous look.

The blade becomes shorter in appearance, almost as though it is a dagger. It becomes shorter to increase spiritual energy levels.

When summoning Fuyu no Yuki, a Blizzard will form around Kaiyo. Emerging from the blizzard will be Kaiyo on the healer form of Fuyu no Yuki (Healer is called Yuki, for snow) while the atacker/protector (Known as Fuyu, for Winter) form is flying beneath ready for orders. Snow lightly falls from each of the Griffins.

Bankai Ability/ Attacks:
Yuki (Healer) has incredible healing abilities. She cannot bring back the dead but she can heal someone who is seriously injured, or restore everyone on Kaiyo's side's stamina.
Healing ability is called Nozomi no Yuki.
Healing party members can only be used once, while healing individual members or self can be used twice.
Fuyu (Attacker/Protector) has the ability to protect and attack. Fuyu's attack consists of trapping the enemy or enemies in a blizzard, giving them zero visibility. Since Fuyu is white, it makes her very difficult to see in the snow. As Fuyu approaches the enemy, she summons very sharp snow flake blades the size of a ant. These are often in great numbers. The blades are very cold and sharp, capable of slicing an enemy to bits or freezing them internally and externally.
This ability is known as Tsumetai no Fuyu.
This ability can only be used once, and when it is used Fuyu and Yuki both disappear into a cloud of snow leaving Kaiyo very drained of spiritual energy.
Fuyu's other ability is when she flaps her giant wings in front of the enemy as she absorbs the blow by turning into snow and regenerating after the hit.
This ability is known as Ai no Fuyu.
Can only be used once. Kaiyo uses it when there is a great need because this ability can be very dangerous to Kaiyo's health.

Kaiyo is a very sweet and gentle nature person, but yet also determined. She tries to be as careful as ever, but if desperate times call for desperate measures, she will surely cooperate. Kaiyo is barely ever agitated, only if someone is being disrespectful. She is also a hard worker but also a very shy person. Everyday she aims to be the best healer and protector she can be, being very determined is one of her best qualities.

Bio History:
Kaiyo was pretty much a lone person back when she was alive. She barely even spoke to her family or had any friends at school. There was this one person who always accepted her for who she was and that was Miko. Kaiyo began to enjoy her life little by little until that day when an earthquake had hit her little town. She had died trying to protect Miko, annd as far as she knew, she had succeeded.
Biography
Since Kaiyo had arrived in the Soul Society, she had began to make new friends. She also tried to become a Soul Reaper. Little did she know about the potential she had carried, until that day she had been declared captain of the fourth division. They had never seen someone so determined to protect and save people as her. With this opportunity, Kaiyo was not going to waste it. She did all of her assigned work and trained to be what she is today. A well hard worked Captain and Medical Shinigami.
