SChool friend gonna flunk!

Okay, so I got a friend in school who is in a oanic because she doesn't believe she is passing. The school year is almost over and now she is big time depressed because she is not going to pass for a sure. I have know idea how to help her and she is starting to be biepolar and one minute asked like she doesn't care about it and the next burst into a mad swept anger about it and takes it out on everyone who knows her. I'm not into this kind of drama. Can someone help me with this problem?
