Chopper Gunner VS. AC 130

I have a personal preference for the AC-130. All around, it has more firepower. SOme people would disagree with me,concidering the chopper gunner can go lower into the field. But the AC-130 can get an overview and with the help of teammates, can drastically put a halt to the other team. The chooper gunner is only limited to the areas where it hovers and flies around.

And I have one word: Howitzer >D

I would say both of them are equal... Damage wise

The AC 130 can shoot from a higher distance than the Chopper gunner, which is pretty much useful for both large and small maps, but Kills much more slower than the chopper gunner.
Oh and I also like the AC 130 because it can basically destroy every flying vehicle within it's sight!!

The chopper gunner is most useful in small areas like the Rust map and it can also take out everyone in sight of it devastating view.

But if I had to really choose. I would choose the chopper Gunner over the AC 130 because it can get more kills than the AC 130.

Ac-130- It takes too long to hit a target from when u shoot compared to a chopper. It's good that it takes 3 stinger missles to destroy one and it has good damage.

Chopper Gunner-It's easier to get kills. Good damage because the bullets are explosive and Good accuracy.

Chopper gunner is easier to get kills but it very easy to take down.
When i use Chopper gunner, i only lived about 10 seconds and it already was down.
Now and days, I find the AC130 more useful since itz high in the air and people hate the fact of tryin to aim for it.
It also has 2 flares which is very annoyin while the chopper gunner has only one.

Although, i find the chopper gunner easier to spawn kill much faster.

It depends on what my objective is, as to which one I use. If I am going for a nuke, then I will pick the Chopper with a class that has Danger Close Pro. However, if I am not in the mood to care for a nuke, then I will always pick the AC130.

AC130=non-urban maps
Chopper Gunner= Any map type, but easy to be shot down

Chopper gunner has 2 views, normal and thermo and it can get shot down easy because its so close to the ground but i like using it on big maps like Derail or maps with many buildings like Karachi.

AC130 is beast because you get two types of missiles and you can switch between them, with danger close you get no hit markers and its hard to shoot down because its so high in the air.

AcC130>Chopper because comparing how long you can use it, chopper can get shot down like 5-20 seconds and AC130 stays for its full time unless shot down

The AC-130 is called the Angel of Death, The Godhand, The Spectre and all these other titles. For the Chopper Gunner you don't get as many titles. Also does it really matter which one is better? Air Support is just that: "support". I would most likely use the AC-130 more to support the team since I have a view of the entire map and it's harder to shoot down
