I'm going to have to go with Ciel. I suppose I've grown... well, fond of him (truth be told, I raged for twenty minutes on the first episode of Kuroshitsuji 2 because no Ciel or Sebastian had shown up). Ciel might not be a cheerful or happy person, but he does not try to cause intentional harm to other people. Alois on the other hand... Needs a good spanking.

SweetlyDemented I'm going to have to go with Ciel. I suppose I've grown... well, fond of him (truth be told, I raged for twenty minutes on the first episode of Kuroshitsuji 2 because no Ciel or Sebastian had shown up). Ciel might not be a cheerful or happy person, but he does not try to cause intentional harm to other people. Alois on the other hand... Needs a good spanking.

I remember the first episode and I was confused as hell when I met Alois but I adored him from the moment I saw him. I mean, sure it's not Kuroshitsuji without Ciel and Sebby, but a new Master and Butler-demon. How can one resist that? Besides, Kuroshitsuji12 made me watch it anyway and I'm glad I did cause I loved seeing Ciel so lifeless, cause he looks like the child he was meant to be. I love Ciel a lot but Alois is opposite to Ciel so maybe that's why he grew on me. I have trouble picking between the two of them but If I have to I'd go Alois all the way cause he loves to cause pain on people.

As one YouTuber so eloquently put it, "Alois needs a nice big plate of bitchslap". Despite that, I can see why some Kuroshitsuji fans like him (Hell, I love Sebastian, and he's not exactly nice all the time, now is he?). When I was watching the first episode of the season two... I was just so "This doesn't feel the same" the whole time... Though his butler I did like.
I also liked Ciel's 'lifelessness'... More than that, I liked how Sebastian protected him even then. <3
...I think I might just have a permanent thing for butlers now.

Yes, I will agree Alois needs a good slapping but I think it's cause he is so.. Not "Ciel" that fans have taken liking to him.
Ciel is still the original master and him being in a suitcase made me wish I could go steal it and sleep with him cause he was just a giant doll then. THAT would be awesome. He looks so pure in that episode and innocent, the way he would've been hadn't his parents been killed and him wanting revenge so he dealt with a demon. Love the story that's for sure.
One of the most unique shows I've encountered.

I think I have a sort of attachment to Ciel, I've always liked him and at times wanted to glomp him. Alois just needs a good kick in the pants, and he's just not my kind of character.

Well, obviously I choose Ciel.
Yeah, I know you guys are thinking "because you've been getting attached to him from the first season."
Well, first,that sentence cant work for me,because I accidently watched the first five episodes of the 2nd season. Yes, I watched the first episode of the second season, and when I first saw Alois, I knew he was some brat, and hell, he is. Now, I dont want any hate comments on this, but seriously? He's more selfish than Ciel. Im not really into Im-Going-To-Kill-EVERYONE people.
Though, Ciel, on the other hand, he has a goal that hes sticking to. He's extremely mature for his age (which I somehow got inspired to be like him, lol) and truthfully, Im glad of that, because I seriously dont like immature kids (speaking that I am Ciel's age, WHOOPS, you shouldnt know that. c: ). Also, Im glad that Claude doesnt really care for Alois. Dont ask me why.

As Kuro-sama said, everyone has their own opinions and we all should respect that (: I have nothing against Ciel at all, he IS very mature and an interesting character who I loved to bits, but when I met Alois, I liked him a lot more for being opposite to Ciel.
