I would say protoman because there is alot of use full people. On has team.

Colonel>Protoman(maybe Colonel's charge is ranged and Proto would probably jump in the way of an object)

Search=Number (hard choice D: )
Search can hit your opponent anywhere, but Number can throw a dice into your opponent's area and does damage depending on what number you roll. SearchSoul's ability lets you shuffle your chips, but Number gives you a choice of 10 chips! (good for PAs eh wink )

Team ProtoMan if it comes purely to souls... Team Colonel when it comes to liberation and Chaos Souls. (NumberSearch+TomaHawkSwing are in harmony)Chaos Toad's 100 accuracy speaks for itself and Chaos Knight... Oblivirates most navis(including Bass Sp, which I defeated last night) when AreaGrab+Super Armour is used.)

Hmm ChaosLord bass took less than 30 seconds, and random encounter took less than 25. (Random Encounter took forever to find, but I got almost all my PAs in the first turns. mrgreen )
