If you are starting a team, please consider the following:
If you want a successful crew, use these steps to creating one.
1. Choose people who are online around the same times as you.
2. Create a good way of communication. Whether its via skype, msn, pm, guild, etc.
3. Make sure everyone on the team is compatible.
4. If you don't know the person, crew with them before you accept them into your team to get a feel of their playing style.
5.Choose responsible people who wont forget about meeting up.
Requirements:
You must be a CL 10 with a TCL of 5k+
Each Team has 1 captain, 1 vice captain, 3 people in the crew, and 2 substitutes

ill be captain/v.c. of the team im making, and i need members!!
requirements:
-tcl of at least 9.5k (ill accept if your close but not there yet)
-cl 10
-experience in majority of mini-boss layers
-good crew experience
-have at least 30 of the 42 rings. i cannot stress this enough.
-be experienced with the rings; know which combo of rings are good
-must have good obedience; arguing will cause delays in the olympics
-CST, EST, MST, or PST time zone
-must be experienced with the game in general; know shortcuts, good strategies, etc.
-finally, must be organized!!! if you dont show up for the date of an event the whole team is penalized.
PS: if you know you probably wont be able to compete because of school, work, etc. i can understand. u dont have to join.

-s t i g m a i t o s i s- -TCL of 14000 -I has all the rings except sweet heart ring and fortune ring -Most rings used(in order): Defib, Diagnose, Dervish, Fire rain, Slash, Hack, Impro Sphere and Ghost. (Last two are optional due to crewing in SS/EB) -Interested in doing Papa saw and SS/EB in hard -I run out of stamina quickly because of my combo hit, which 8/10 animated cant survive the epic hits. biggrin -Good cooperation with crew members (can sometimes lead a team, but can often get guilty when the team fails) -Online during WTFSS (Pacific Standard Time) i hope zOMGolympics runs really well biggrin
