It's winter but..

The leafs on the trees are JUST now starting to fall off..

I know what you mean. When Fall started, all the trees still had a lot of leaves. In November, they began to fall off, a little.

It's snowed for me. biggrin The snow even stuck the other day. Just a little snow here and there. But still nice. :]

eh, global warming is actually something else, researchers said that the earth does this every few hundred years & things'll be back to normal, it's kinda like summer & winter, the seasons have their own seasons eek

All our leaves were gone by the end of the 1st week of Nov. here. And it snowed lots already, though now melted. It keeps "snow/raining" and it's really slushy and nasty.

A thin layer of snow fell on the streets today

Ditto to Zooboo, we got about 3 inches.
It was really funny, because after the voice from above announced that we got 2 hours early release and no eighth block, the fire alarm went off like four times in and hour and we pretty much killed all the class time from then to lunch doing schoolwide snowball fights. At lunch we had a food fight, and went home.
