GRAFFITI. The law and main artwork which founded the lives of many street teens since paint was invented. Each artist has their own piece and with each piece is a history. Thats how it always has been.
In the city Shinigame, ordinary teens are going to even higher length's to get their pieces up and with each generation the names only go higher. All artist's strive for the same goal... Recognition.

The police have always been trying to crackdown on these criminal artists but have time and time again failed. angered by failure a new strategy was devised. If the cops could not catch these artist's, maybe other artist's can. They started advertising graffiti freedom for anyone who would join the police force and apprehend the others. What will you do?
