Nice curly hair xd Have you worked with cg before? I keep meaning to work more with natural media, but never get around to it. Your skills with pencils are very good 3nodding
I think your folds are a bit strange because you've outlined then so darkly with pen. Most folds wouldn't be that sharp, more of a soft curve in the material, so the harsh outline doesn't look right. Maybe try not outlining them in pen, and just communicating the light and shadow of the folds with shading instead? I usually find that helps.
