Because I have no idea if I'm raising this guy right.

Race: Imperial
Birthsign: Warrior
Class: Knight (Custom)
Level: 5
Health: 141
Magicka: 100
Fatigue: 205

Strength: 65
Intelligence: 50
Willpower: 40
Speed: 40
Endurance: 60
Personality: 55
Luck: 50

===MAJOR SKILLS===
Armorer: 30
Blade: 58
Block: 33
Blunt: 34
Heavy Armor: 60
Illusion: 25
Speechcraft: 35

===MINOR SKILLS===
Athletics: 39
Hand To Hand: 16
Alchemy: 9
Alteration: 15
Conjuration: 15
Destruction: 5
Mysticism: 15
Restoration: 24
Acrobatics: 18
Light Armor: 25
Marksman: 26
Mercantile: 21
Security: 26
Sneak: 9

And I was thinking about raising Heavy Armor, Destruction, and Alchemy for my next level up.

Mmm... I'm not really heavy into character builds. I had so many mods loaded into my game, I don't think you could call it Oblivion anymore. (I had 12 gigs worth of mods in my mod folder, not installed, for Oblivion. About 1/4th of that was actually installed.) I even made a mod of my own for Oblivion. Relatively small mod, but it was a funny one.

I didn't do the use-a-skill-to-level-it-up way. I downloaded the Oblivion XP mod which changes the leveling system of the game completely to that of a traditional RPG. So, as I said, I don't think I can help you with the character build. sweatdrop

Your character build seems pretty solid, though I would have used only blade or blunt. It frees up one more major skill for you to use. I'd focus on strength and endurance because you are a melee fighter. The higher your endurance, the better your heavy armor rating. Never put skills that level up on their as main skills. So, Athletics, Alchemy, stealth. They will make you level up to fast and monsters will be to tough. Just focus on your core skills. Play around with several character builds.

Last time I played, I chose this as my start---

Race: Either Imperial or Breton
Birthsign: Atronach or Tower
Class: Archmage (Custom)

My archmage class has these options:

2 Attributes - Intelligence and Willpower

7 Skills - Alchemy, Alteration, Conjuration, Destruction, Illusion, Mysticism, Restoration.

It works pretty well IMO cause u get good starter spells.

Yours is ok, but for you skills you shouldn't just focus on the Blade. You need more block and blunt, lots of alchemy and sneak, and some improvement on the magic. other than that, it looks good.
