The Blissful Springs

[Firu Shinra]

A hot spring located near the Otokage's mansion. There is a change room for men and women. The areas are split off with fences, so there aren't any peeping toms. The springs themselves have a soothing vibration, which is used to give a massage to the occupants.

Karuda entered the area and as no one was here he decided to train in the warm steam of the springs, he reached into his cloak before realizing he didn't need a scroll for these, he'd memorized them with the sharingan.

He sat down on the ground cross-legged, searching his memory for information on the first technique. Once he'd gathered enough of the information he began to practiced his handseals, faster and faster until he was happy with them. He formed handseals with great speed and cast the genjutsu inwards, his vision seemed to break into multiple pieces... Like broken glass... He fell over backwards and clawed at his mask for a while before opening his eyes and seeing normal again.

He took a few breaths before focusing on his jutsu learning again. He began to form the next set of handseals for this jutsu, his speed started faster then last time, it seemed he'd warmed up from the last. He formed the handseals perfectly and cast the genjutsu on himself. Eveything seemed normal until he reached for a rock to throw into the springs in frustration and missed... It seemed it had worked.

This next one could be useful but was limited... He formed handseals at great speeds, readying for the jutsu. He cast the genjutsu on himself, he would know near instantly if it worked. He went through all his jutsu mentally, trying to find something that was missing... Then it hit him, right after the jutsu ran out of course, he'd forgotten his most powerful ninjutsu, Chidori.

He reached into his ninja tools that he'd need to use for this genjutsu, throwing a few senbon around the springs he began to practice. His hands moved fast ads he cast the genjutsu on himself, the wing began to tickle at the bells making small jingle noises. He felt his vision wobble slightly as the bells sound seemed to come from everywhere.

He pulled out a scroll and read about the first jutsu he wanted to learn. He began to mold his chakra in order to use the jutsu perfectly. He saw as a squirrel came scampering past, he quickly moved his hands how the scroll instructed and the animal stopped in front of him looking extremely 'out of it' he released the jutsu and the animal continued on it's way.

The next jutsu made him smile... Which was always a bad sign with Karuda. He began to form handseals in practice for when he'd cast this jutsu. He looked at the Squirrel again, this time it was sat up in a tree. He formed the handseals and watched at the Squirrel dropped out of the nearby tree and ran away as fast as it could.

He formed handseals in practice for the next technique. He sighed, this training was tedious sometimes but it had to be done. He formed the handseals he needed for the jutsu and casted it on himself, he heard a large bang and fell over backwards, there was a seering pain in his shoulder that soon passed.

He formed handseals with great speed, he was determined to learn every genjutsu after all. He felt his chakra mold for the jutsu he was about to use. He formed the handseals and directed the jutsu inwards, he suddenly felt a great deal of rage, he fought with it for a while before releasing the jutsu.

This next jutsu he found was interesting, it was an enhanced version of a jutsu he had already learned. He formed handseals extremely quickly, he had to get the seals perfect. He formed the handseals quickly and cast himself into the jutsu, the world shifted places with the sky. He knew this was his genjutsu and exactly how it worked, he pulled his feet from the ground and began to fall into the sky. He reached into his coat and pulled out a flask of Sake, quickly draining it. He kinda enjoyed the adrenalin rush this jutsu was giving him, the falling sensation. He released the jutsu, he had to continue training not having fun.

He loved this one, his long snake-like tongue slowly licked his lips. He molded his chakra carefully, he wanted to see everything this jutsu had to offer. He quickly formed handseals and cast the genjutsu on himself. He looked down on his hand, his long fingernails grew into talons and his skin turned black, he felt his forehead... Horns. He loved this technique! He felt his teeth sharpen in his mouth before he released the technique.

He formed handseals to get ready for his next jutsu. This was a technique he thought he might have problems with it but his concern was misplaced, this was only a genjutsu anyway. He watched as a convenient animal moved into the area, he cast the jutsu on it and watched as it struggled for a while before he released.

He slid off his clothes and jumped into the spring, time to test this jutsu. He formed handseals repetitively in the water, the soothingness of the hot water made him want to stop however he continued. He formed the handseals and cast then genjutsu on himself, he felt the water almost pull him under before he released the jutsu.

He got out and dried off, this next jutsu would be hard without something to practice on. He formed he handseals necessary for the jutsu over and over to get better. He decided to use it on a large animal, maybe he could find one in the training grounds... However he didn't need to as a massive bear ran out from behind him, god life was convenient right now. He formed the handseals as it came at him, he reached out with one finger and pushed it against the creature and it stopped, the creature struggled for a while before giving up, as it walked off it kicked a rabbit.in frustration.

He read the next jutsu, this could be fun. He began to force handseals rapidly, each time getting better and better at it. His hands were very sore from all the training, he cast the Reisei Waru genjutsu on a squirrel... The animal say it's best friend betraying it for it's nuts.

He walked over to where the animal had fallen out of the tree and began to train the next one. He formed handseals and used it on the animal. He saw his friend in his stash! Oh, no! He ran over only to see the friend drag another Squirrel out who was trying to steal the nuts.

Moki ran into the changing room throwing peoples stuff everywhere in the process.Princess was a few feet behind as she was yelling sorry to everyone she saw still after Moki.Princess was growing tired of the chasing as Moki was slowing down enough for Princess to reach for him She missed by. A few inches as she stumbled a bit before raining herself and saw that Moki had stopped.She instantly dove for him not thinking about it to much,but she didn't realize that he was on the other side of the water.Princess went face first into the water as Moki licked his right paw mocking Princess.She slowly climbed out the water and walked towards Moki slowly as he eyed her.Princess reached down to grab Moki since he was just sitting there,but before she was able to grab him he took off between her legs running away causing Princess to turn and run after him.

Princess approached the springs as she was to help rebuild it.She walked over to a side where a bunch of people where working on fixing the recently destroyed wall from some previous accident.Princess found who was in charge and asked him what she was to do.He pointed her towards the tools and explained that she could help rebuild the wall or go help on the side with rebuilding the changing rooms.Princess smiled as she walked over to the tool grabbing only what she needed to start rebuilding the wall.To start Princess grabbed the broom as she walked back over to the wall and started to sweep all the debris into a pile about ten feet away from the wall.It wasnt that bad but there was alot of debris to sweep up which took 15 minutes of non-stop sweeping.From the wall to her pile,she had gotten the activity down packed.1/3

Princess stopped as soon as all the debris was cleared from the spot of the wall she was working on.She switched the broom for a marker as she made an outline in one of the blocks of wood sitting there.She needed to cut out her own wood to rebuild the wall so she went at it.About an hour later and after multiple cuts she had finished with 10 planks of wood.She carried each plank one by one over to her work space as her body was not physically strong enough to carry anymore then that.It took awhile as her fatigue had set in causing her pace of work to slow greatly.She then grabbed a box of nails and a hammer as she set the first board up and hammered a nail into every corner and then one in the center for additional support."One plank down,nine more to go."2/3

Princess slowly picked up the next board hammering the nails in just as she had for the first one.After 5 minutes the board was up and firmly in position.She moved to the other side putting up two more boards after 15 minutes.She was a regular construction worker going at her task with full force.After a good hour or so,Princess had finished building the structure of the wall.All that was left was for her to paint the wall and get a signature from the man in charge saying she had completed her tasks.Princess wasted no time as she returned her previously used tool and took a few cans of paint and a few brushes.She stood at the beginning of the wall that she had build opening the can dipping the brush in.Once ready she cautiously brought the brush to meet the wall as she began painting her portion of the wall.The color scheme was black and silver due to the uncertainty of the colors on the inside.She was much better at painting the wall then she was at building it as she had both sides painted with both coats in 3 hours time.She had even painted the Sound Village Symbol right in the middle with a white paint that called out to all who passed by.Once she finished she cleaned her work space and returned the supplies that she used.The man in charge signed off on paper saying she had completed her mission with excellent results.Princess smiled to the man as she walked towards the Otokages office clutching the note in her right hand.3/3

Karuda appeared and massaged his jaw "s**t c**k ******** Barbara Streisand!" he said, he was in a tad of a bad mood. As he walked off he picked up a cute little bunny, how did creatures like these survive out here... Oh well it didn't have to worry about that question and Karuda bit it's head off and threw the rest onto the ground.

Karuda walked back into the area, activating his sharingan, removing his headband and removing a scroll from his coat and scanned it for one jutsu in particular. He found it, he quickly read everything he could on the technique before laying it out on the ground. He sat down on the ground in a cross legged position and focused.

He began to form handseals of the jutsu, his hands moved rapidly and quickly moved even faster. Everytime he did the handseals he got better, his failure rate practically disappeared after just a few times. he focused his chakra carefully, molding it perfectly for the jutsu

His handseals were now perfect 100% of the time at a speed he was completely happy with. He felt his chakra move through his body, the movements felt perfect for the way the scroll described the jutsu. He felt confident that now was the time to use it.

He formed the handseals and cast the jutsu on himself, his mind slipped as the genjutsu succeeded. He stood up and climbed up a tree, chasing an animal. He caught the animal and threw it to the ground before the jutsu's effect ended.

He focused hard on this next one, his sharingan was still active from the last jutsu. He reached into his coat and pulled out a small scroll he'd received from Katsuro-sama... Katsuro sama... Karuda hoped he understood he did this to get stronger and stonger the alliance between the Sound and Rock.

He began to focus on the scroll, slowly unraveling it and reading what it had to say on the jutsu he was about to learn. He began to mold his chakra for the jutsu, he'd have to get this one perfect. His hands ached from his previous training, he was glad he'd not need them for this next jutsu.

Karuda took a few deep breaths, he'd have to be ready for this, no half assing it. He molded enough chakra to try the technique at least three times before he'd be out. Okay this was it, time to really get this done.

He began to focus the chakra needed for the jutsu into his implanted eye. His eye strained slightly as he cast the genjutsu on an animal... Oh yeah... You really didn't have to be a genjutsu master to see that it had worked.

Nakamuro arrived at the springs, he herd rumors of a stray cat that was wandering around. Once he did arrive, he spotted the cat trying to find food in some random trashcan. A smile on his face as the cat was easier to find than he thought. With sneaky step, he approached the cat carefully. The cat then notice that someone was approaching him and it booked off to the right of it's direction. Nakamuro cursing under his breath as he ran after the cat

Vilmos entered the springs with nothing but his bare hands. He saw that there were many messes, that looked to be caused from struggles. He sighed softly and allowed his stitches to become loose, allowing for more free movement. The first step was to clean up all the trash that had been scattered. To accomplish this, he shot his tendrils out to impale the pieces of trash and lift them into the air. He then moved them to a trash can and dumped them in. Essentially, the area was clean, but there was still things to be fixed.

After seeing that multiple boards along the fences were broken, he decided that these would be his next task. He allowed his stitches to spring forth at the boards and began using his stitches to sew the boards together to make them sturdy once more. It would be a while before they deteriorated.

After finishing up the other chores, Vilmos decided it would be best to make the spring look extremely nice. He allowed many of his threads to penetrate the walls, floors and ceilings. After a while, it looked like the entire springs was surrounded by glittering stars in the blackest of night. Once he finished, exhausted as he was, he made his way back to the Otokage's office.

Nakamuro made it back to the hot springs once more, the list saids that he would have to do three more missions in order to become a Chunin. So without wasting anymore time, he got right to work as he summon out his puppets once more from the scrolls. He only summoned his TAGER puppet as he would need a lot of heavy work here.

Nakamuro was already halfway done with his section to repair the hot springs, the wood work and metal work was nothing to him since he had his puppet out doing all the work. It seemed like an hour has past since he started and he was already almost done with most of the work. A smile crept on his face as he could almost smell the promotion to happen.

Nakamuro was finally done as yet again his puppet was quite dirty from all the work. he looked once more at the scroll as he would have to walk a certain pet around the village. Such grunt work seemed kind of annoying, but he would have to do so if he wants to become a chunin soon. The puppet also vanished in a cloud of smoke, once more in it's prison within the scroll. Nakamuro turn as he walked off into the village.
