Codename: Woody

Training.

Suiton
Academy

Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.

Genin

Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)
Description: An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.

Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)
Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.

Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)
Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.

Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab)
Description: A jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If strong enough, the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. There is something to be said, though, for the change in momentum that can occur when you force an opponent to abandon all thoughts save survival.

Suiton: Abura Bushin no Jutsu (Water Release: Oil Clone Technique)
Description: Oil Clone Technique is a variation of the Genjutsu; Mist Servant Technique. It creates a whole bunch of clones, which won't disappear like normal illution clones when they're hit. The hit will only go right through them. The only known way to defeat them is to send a fire justu at them.

Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.
Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.

Chuunin

Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation)
Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu
Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.

Chuunin

Suimen Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Water Walking)
Prerequisites: Kinobori no Jutsu
Description: A technique that enables the user to walk on the surface of water by concentrating chakra into the feet. It is also used for training; it allows an individual to learn how to control the release of chakra.

Genin

Name of Jutsu: Arial dodge
Description: This is a very basic in air manuver. after focusing chakra into their feet in mid air the user will suddenly release it and spin off to one side 5ft (10 for genin, 15 for Chuunin, 20 for Jounin) which allows them to dodge an attack in mid air. this technique can be extremely useful when up against straight forward techniques such as the Great Fire Ball and Water Dragon jutsu's.

Kinobori no Jutsu (Tree Walking Technique)/Kabenobori no Jutsu (Wall Walking Technique)
Description: By focusing chakra into the feet and keeping it balanced, the user can walk up against vertical objects and cling to its surface.

As woody stumbled into the room coughing and rubbing his eyes, Kemuri stood over him waiting. The room was a large warehouse like building, completely empty with no windows and only the one door. The lights were the same dull lights of the building they had come to know as the guidance center. As the boy got himself pulled together Kemuri started speaking. 'So i see you want to learn about the water element correct?" he said as he rolled the scroll up and looked at the wheezing boy.

Zadok looked at his sensei with a little smile and replied.
"Thats correct. My bloodline is mokuton though but i was unable to locate any mokuton scrolls at the library."
Zadok Said taking note of the room that for some reason seemed just as depressing as the last room he was coming from.

"Ok. These selected few are the ones which i deemed as being worth learning, the ones that would help me in any situation, the ones that would help my mission in life."
Zadok said as he began to brush himself off.

Most of the others had simply take all the jutsu from a certian series. Wile this child had chosen his techniques. "Good. Now lets get started. First off is the Academy water technique you chose to learn. Water manipulation." he said as he did the series of seals required for the technique. He held his hands out afterwords and water began to gather from the air. He formed a ball of water in his hands and then dispersed it back into the air. "your turn." he said to the genin.

Zadok paid close attention as his sensei performed the jutsu. He had already read up on the jutsu so he was aware of what was to be done. At that point Zadok held both of his hands out infront of him and started to concentrate hard as he could and after a couple of seconds a small ball of water began to form in his hands, this was moisture from the air being collected. Soon it was about the size of a volley ball. A big grin came across is face as he released the just and the water went back to being moisture in the air. [1/1]

Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)
Kemuri began showing the seals for the next technique. He moved slowly, letting the Genin get a feel for them before releasing the chakra himself. "The next technique is based in the lungs, let the chakra flow and then. Water Pellet!!" he shouted as he took in a deep breath. He then spit a fist sized pellet of water from his mouth, it shattering against the wall.

Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)
"The next technique is about stealth. You use the concept ofthe Henge to transform your body into water and melt down." Kemuri was explaining the technique as he preformed the seals for the boy to see. Then suddenly the genins sensei would seem to melt and his outline waver. Kemuri melted into a puddle of water. after a short moment he reverted to his normal self.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Kemuri shook his body a bit to make sure he was all there. he was used to forming himself into smoke but water felt different. He looked at the scroll to make sure he was not skipping any of the techniques. "Now we will do the Water clone. It's combat and mission applications are astonishing. First the seals...then..." Kemuri said as he ran though the seals for the technique. The a clone of him formed out of the water ni the air.

Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)
By this point in the boys training, the floor was covered in a layer of water. As if it had been filling from unknown source. Kemuri was ready to display more techniques for the boy. He did a series of seals, moving slow so that the genin could study them too. "Water shield is the name of this technique." he said as a cylinder fo water rose up from the water around him. Kemuri let the clear water spin around him for a short time, displaying the verity of the technique as he formed spikes and other such things from the surface.

Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab)
The next technique would be hard to display. Kemuri let the water shield fall around him as he thought for a moment. Then letting out a sigh he did a series of seals, "Drilling fist." he said as smoke formed around his right hand. He started drilling into the earth until it was soft enough. Then preformed the seals. "Beach Crab." he said to the boy as pincers rose from the soft ground he had created.

Suiton: Abura Bushin no Jutsu (Water Release: Oil Clone Technique)
"The next technique is useful. you form a large group of seemingly indestructible clones made of oil." he said as he did the seals. He made sure he was moving slow enough for Woody to keep track, then released his chakra. The clones formed in a strange oily like manner as they stood ready. The technique would be hard to learn but he had faith in the kid.
1/1

Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
The last technique Kemuri was glad to teach the boy. "Water sword. By molding your chakra into the water, you can form a blade out of the water its self. This technique will get stronger as you do, but does not become any more difficult." he said as he displayed the seals. He released the jutsu as water began to trail up his arm and into his hand. There it slowly formed into a large cleaver like blade. He held the sword for a short time before releasing it and letting the water fall.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)

Zadok was ready again, paying close attention to what his sensei was doing. Second easiest on his list was Water Clone jutsu. He was ready for this. Zadok slowly formed the necessary handsigns and started to focus intensely as he wanted to get this jutsu on his first try, because he knew that he had the ability to do so. After forming the necessary handsigns he spoke.
"Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)."
As he said this, a clone slowly formed beside him from water. Within seconds a clone of Zadok was standing beside him. Zadok turned to the clone, giving it a high five before he released the jutsu. [1/1]

Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)

Zadok had also remember what he read about this jutsu, and ontop of that his sensei had explained the jutsu again so he would have no problem understanding what was to be done, the problem was doing it. So Zadok mimicked the handsigns which his sensei was performing. He then focused normally and took a deep breath while saying.
"Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)."
He then breathed out as much water as he could, which in this case was very little. This simply meant he was doing something wrong and he had to try again. [1/3]

Zadok readied himself for round two.He was determined not to be defeated by this jutsu. Zadok again performed the handsigns that his sensei had dnoe. This time he focused chakra in his lungs so that he could get the water out and at a decent speed. So again he breathed in and said,
"Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)"
Zadok exhaled as hard as he could but this still wasn't enough to get it like his sensei's own. About the same amount of water as his sensei's came out but it only went about three feet infront of him before it crashed in a splash on the ground. [2/3]

"I'm gonna get it this time."
Zadok said confidently as he slowly started to form the same handsigns as he did before. This time he concentrated a larger amount of chakra in his lungs and inhaled while saying,
"Mizu Peretto (Water Pellet)!"
Zadok exclaimed as he spat out a bullet of water that was roughly about the size of a fist. It flew at a high speed and crashed into the wall. Zadok had done it. He took a few deep breaths before he moved on to the next jutsu. [3/3]

Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)

Zadok looked at his sensei perform the water sword jutsu. He closely followed the handseals which his sensei had performed and started to focus hard before he shouted,
"Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)!"
At that water slowly began to form in his hand until it was the size of a wakizashi, but it didn't look like one at all. [1/3]

Zadok repeated the process and concentrated alot harder, saying,
"Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)."
Slowly water started to form in his right hand, it started to shape out as a sword. It got to the point where it looked like a water wakizashi but it was very weak and Zadok was not pleased at all. [2/3]

It was now Zadok's final effort, because he knew he could nail the jutsu on this attempt. So he performed the necessary handseals and focused more chakra into his hand so that the jutsu would come out to be bigger and better.
"Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)"
Zadok said as a water sword formed at an average speed in his hand. When it was finished, the sword was about the size of a katana and probably jutsu as hard as one. Zadok then released the jutsu. [3/3]

((all of those jutsu will take you 3 posts each, none of them are worth 1 >.> ))

rules

This is standard post requirement for learning jutsu of your rank.

2 Post for Academy Jutsu
4 Post for Genin Jutsu
6 Post for Chunin Jutsu
8 Post for Jonin Jutsu
10 Post for Sannin Jutsu

However if you learning a jutsu above you, you multiply the time by a number equal to the number of ranks it is higher than you. (So if you a genin learning a Chunin jutsu is takes 12 (6 x 2) posts, and if you learning a Jonin it takes 24 (8 x 3) ) Though if you learn a rank lower you divide the lower rank by a number equal to the number of ranks lower it is. (So if you a Jonin learning a Chunin jutsu it takes 3 (6/2 = 3) posts, and if you learning a Genin jutsu it takes 1 post (4/3 = 1.3 = 1) ) All of this assumes that your current rank is equal to 1, the rank directly above and below you is 2, and so on.

Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)

"Well lets get this show on the road again."
Zadok said coming off of his little break. His next jutsu was Water Puddle Technique. He carefully took note of what his sensei was doing. He then copied the handsigns again and said,
"Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) "
Zadok started to get liquidated, but he looked more slimy than anything else though. And the transformation just stopped there. Zadok looked like a slimy mess, so he quickly released the jutsu and turned back to normal. [1/3]

Zadok performed the necessary handsigns again, this time focusing alot harder. He spoke once more,
"Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique) "
Zadok slowly started to liquidate again, it looked almost as if he was melting. He was now half his height and he looked like an ugly blue blob with half a face. Again he released the jutsu and reverted back to normal. [2/3]

Zadok was now getting impatient with himself. He was more than ready to complete this jutsu because he had many more on the list. He again performed the handsigns that were to be done. He then said,
"Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)!"
Zadok said as he suddenly melted down into what seemed to be a puddle of water. He had concentrated harder and put more chakra into this attempt. And with that, he had done it, he was now a puddle of water. Soon after Zadok transformed back to normal with a big grin on his face, because again he had done it. [3/3]

Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)

Zadok's will power was the main thing that was keeping him going at this moment, because learning these jutsu was really a test of his patients and determination. He was now ready for his next jutsu, Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique). Zadok however had to revise this jutsu a little bit because he had kind of forgotten the instructions. So Zadok took out a copy of the scroll which he had given Kemuri and took it out and began to study the jutsu. [1/3]

After studying, Zadok put the scroll away and got up. He was ready to attempt the jutsu. So he performed the necessary handseals and spoke,
"Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)"
A flat cylindrical barrier slowly started to form around Zadok. At first it seemed as if it was working, but by the time it reached his waist, he lost control and the water simply fell back to the ground. [2/3]

Zadok wasted little time in attempting to recover from his failure. Zadok repeated the handsigns and focused hard, putting more effort and chakra into this attempt. He shouted,
"Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)!!!"
This time a cylindrical barrier of water formed around Zadok till it was just above his head, in this period of time he previously would have only been able to form the barrier up to his hip. [3/3]
