So, it seems you guys are partial to a bit of PC gaming. Discus what you've been playing, what games you're looking forward to ect.
I've been playing the Crysis 2 multiplayer demo which has just been released. It's surprisingly fun and hopefully will make CoD fanboys realise that other video games exist.

Battlefield 3 and Skyrim. More immediately, I'm looking forward to Shogun 2. I couldn't get into Empire and Napoleon. Not a big fan of the era. But Samurai? Yes plz.

CoDtards will be CoDtards. FPS enthusiasts will probably play Crysis 2, talk about it for a few months, and then play every other FPS that comes out every month.
I'm waiting on HL3/EP3. Portal 2 looks good, but I don't really care to pay sixty bucks for a sequel to an overrated game that cost me one third of twenty dollars and I played maybe for a total of five hours. TF2 is a blast most of the time, and DM is always good to go back to, but I rarely find myself getting hyped to play something new on the PC. There's a ton of good stuff on Steam though, and I might go back and play Bioshock or something sometime.

[Kegan] You keep saying Portal 2 is 60 bucks, and it keeps not getting any more correct. Are you playing it on the PS3? NOOOOOOO... $45 is still hard to swallow. I have 0 interest in Portal 2.

I admit, that 45 is a bit much, and I don't expect it to stay 50 for very long after launch, but I do have interest in the game.
I will, however, be otherwise occupied. smile

I've been playing L4D2 abit here and there on the PC. That's really it, played a bit of Moon base alpha to goof off with /v/.
every now and then I'll hook up the pc to one of the tvs and play multi player arcade roms with friends and siblings.

That's actually a game I'm kind of interested in. Still, sixty bucks is a hard price to swallow. For everyone saying Nintendo doesn't know what they're doing, releasing $30 to $40 retail games for their next handheld, people sure don't mind ponying up $60 for each new FPS that comes out each month.
