I've been around pokemon ever since I was really little; even now I can still remember when I was about four or so, following Jasmine around when she took care of the Ampharos at the lighthouse, so I guess you could say I've always had a special connection with pokemon? I was desperate to start my adventure as soon as possible, and I actually ended up doing so before most do, when I turned 10. Been working hard ever since then to beat the elite four, eventually.So you want to know more? As my dad always says, "sharp as a tack and quick as a whip"; I tend to be prety detail oriented so I notice a lot of little things that end up giving me a real advantage in my pokemon battles. And speaking of battles; I love them. Almost as much as I love my pokemon, actually; I'd like to say I'm never one to back down from a challenge but I won't go rushing into things if I know me and my team aren't ready. Team Rocket...I hate them. So much. just thinking about them gets my blood boiling. But hey, for most people I'm actually pretty nice; I don't usually start conversations and tend to be fairly private, but I'm there to help if you need me. Anything Else? My family has been in the business of pokemon reasearch, actually, for years; Dad's not home much because he's always out showing the professors of different regions his discoveries, so I guess that's how I decided that I wanted to do the same things he does, and learn as much about the world of pokemon as I can! So my adventure started out a little bit differently then msot people's do; I don't want to challenge any gyms or the elite four like my best friend Natasha, but since we both started the same time, we decided we'd go see the world together, and learn a whole lot along the way! So you want to know more? Calm and level headed; when Natasha starts to freak out or has one of those moments like she sometimes does, I'm the one who cools her back down. We work well together, Natasha and I; ture, my pokemon may not be as strong as her's are, and I may not share her passion for battling, but I like to encompass the whole picture and that often helps when she gets hung up on the little things. Generally I'm pretty quiet, but not in a shy or confrontational way; I just often become so engrossed in my research that I forget there are other people around me. Other then that, I'd like to say confidently that I'm pretty easygoing, and while I try not to judge others...I really don't like what team rocket is doing. Anything Else? I haven't challenged any gyms; that's not my eventual goal. However, since I want to be a researcher when I'm old enough, I know a lot about different kinds of pokemon, and that helps when Natasha's going into a battle. Cloyster; level 78A little bit about me! Well let's see..life for me was pretty simple when I started out; I was a trainer just like everyone else, but, oh, how should I put it..? It was clear I had far more skill then most do when they begin their journeys right off the bat; before I'd turned thirteen I'd beaten all the gyms, and then by the time I was fourteen, a year later, I'd defeated the elite four. Easy, really; and I got incredibly bored after that. Team Rocket found me, trued to take my Pokemon. So I did what any reasonable person would do, and crushed them. Apparently they'd been having some trouble with not having a leader; something about being defeated by a kid. So somehow, that spot became mine. Well at least I'm not bored anymore. So you want to know more? More of a child then you would think; I can't stay in one place for too long so I drift a lot and am often hard to get ahold of when the other members of team rocket really need me. Putting myself first before others, I don't have a problem with tossing people aside if they become expendable, and I haven't had a real, solid friendship that wasn't based on lies ever with someone other then my Pokemon. - N A T A S H A____A M E R A L -"Um, Tasha, not to be a bother or anything, but why are we going backwards?" Offering her best friend a bright smile as she hefted her bag over her shoulder a bit more, the seventeen year old trainer's boots barely made any noise at all as they echoed across the main road into Goldenrod, already drowned out by the sheer amount of activity which bustled just a few more feet away.
"Well you know how I've been battling Pryce nonstop for the past two weeks?" Adison nodded, and Natasha made a face like she'd smelled something bad. "I haven't been making any progress at all, and I figured it'd be nice to give everyone a break. After all, we can only train so hard before we burn out, don't you think?" Her pokemon had been doing their best to faithfully keep up with Natasha, and so she had come to the conclusion that they needed a reward, a little bit of R&R. "Plus, I wanted to give that game corner another try too; I can never seem to get past level two of that darn thing."
"Right...well before that, do you think we could maybe do a little bit of shopping? I want to see if I can get a few things at the radio tower, too." Nodding, Natasha waved in the immediate direction of the pokemart.
"Tell you what; I'm going to go get some more potions and repels, so I'll meet you at the radio tower in a few, okay?"

Alice was back in her own hometown. Ah, how she missed Goldenrod. All of her pokemon wanted a break as well. She had already been to her parent's house and visited, and now she was roaming the streets. She had just gotten her 5th gym badge, but she suddenly had an urge to fly home on Pidgeot before going to go beat Jasmine.
Alice saw the Radio Tower in the distance, and was all of a sudden happy to see such a familiar site. She made note to go visit Whitney to go show her Clefable, who had been playmates with Whitney's Clefairy; back when they both were Clefairys. First off though she had to restock her supplies, and so with that she turned to go to the Dept. Store.
As she entered the Dept. Store, her Teddiursa popped out of it's pokeball, crying. "What's the matter, Teddi?" she said, using her pet nickname for the pokemon. She picked Teddiursa up, and gave it a big hug. She was glad she had gotten that everstone, she never wanted Teddiursa to evolve. Teddi finally calmed down enough, but wouldn't let Alice put her down. Alice carried Teddi like a baby on her hip, and went to get what she needed.
She went to the counter, and got what she she needed, and began to walk outside. Teddi still refused to be put down, so Alice was still carrying her. Teddi was to cute to refuse whatever demands she should have.

- N A T A S H A____A M E R A L - "Thanks Amphy; you're a really big help." Hearing the cheerful nosie coming from the yellow electric pokemon, Natasha gave it a pat on the head as she sorted through where to put everything she'd bought in her bag; Ampharos was helping her by handing the trainer various items when she had a free hand. "Oh no, Amphy, keep that bottle of repel out." Not quite understanding, the pokemon tilted its head to the side, waiting for an explanation. "It's for if we see David around; I don't think he'd be stupid enough to go stealing pokemon in the middle of Goldenrod, but repel works just as well on wild humans as it does on other pokemon, don't you think?" Seriously, even if they weren't having a battle he was always bothering her.
"Well, let's head over to the radio tower and meet up with Adison, Amphy; be on the lookout for suspicious characters." The yellow Pokemon sticking close, Natasha hefted her now once again full bag over her shoulder and headed off towards the previosuly designated meeting spot. "They have lotto there too; what do you say, Amphy? Feeling lucky?"

David sighed as his Pidgeot finally touched the ground; he returned it to it's pokeball and let his Houndoom out. He had been suddenly told to go back to his hometown, Goldenrod. Honestly, he was a little scared about people recognizing him, but he decided he couldn't stay in the shadows forever. He caught a glimpse of a girl trainer with a Amphardos. She looked finally, a sly grin crossed upon his face. Of all the people to run into in Goldenrod, it had to be her.
"Who is this I see? Little Natasha?" he said, in a teasing voice, coming up behind her. "It's very mean to call my a so "wild human," he added, disgruntled. Honestly he hated her, the stupid little trainer always messing up his plans; however, he just seemed to keep running into her. He was heading for the Radio tower, a little birdie wanted to make a deal with Team Rocket; so he was called out to negotiate. Nothing very fun there, but at least he would have Natasha there. "So ever beat the little baby Pryce? Obviously because you are relaxing and not training," he said, with a yawn.

Alice happily skipped, yes skipped, to the gym. She hadn't seen Whitney in forever! Once she got there she was greeting by the other trainers there, and told to be quiet as Whitney was finishing up a battle. Alice took her place on the sidelines, with Teddi in her lap. Once Whitney finished up the trainer, Whitney happily ran to Alice. "Alice! Who is this little cutie! When did you get back!?" Whitney said, adoring over Teddi. Teddi happily took the attention and did a cute hand pose which led to Whitney fawning over her more.
Alice just laughed. "I just got back not the long ago. I just had to see you! And Clefable was getting bored without seeing Clefairy," she said. Whitney then got excited over the evolution, asking her questions about it. Alice answered all of them. She then asked if it would be okay for Clefable to stay and play with Clefairy. Alice agreed. She didn't plan on battling today anyway. Alice then said her goodbyes, after reunited Clefable and Whitney's Clefairy. "Bye bye!" she said, holding Teddi once again.
Alice then walked to her house once more. She said hi to her parents, and left most of her pokemon other then Typlosion and Teddi. They all wanted a break, but the latter refused to leave her side. The others went and played with each other throughout the house, with Pidgeot roaming the skies. "Sorry Butter! I know it's not the best place for you, but have fun!" she said, before walking out the door. She then made her way towards the Radio station.

"Oh god...I think I'm gonna upchuck..." The seventeen year old muttered. "Amphy, hand me that repel. I say it'll work if we go right between the eyes. Blind spots and all that." Really, he was so obnoxious; and the worst part was that he was smart to boot. An idot for joining team rocket, yes, but he was still more intelligent then half of the other grunts. Though that really wasn't saying much.
"So ever beat the little baby Pryce? Obviously because you are relaxing and not training." Crap; sore spot, that was. But she wasn't about to let him know anything of how her training had been going.
"Maybe I did and maybe I didn't; don't you have a five year old to torture or something? Seems like that's the only sort of people you can steal pokemon from, what with all your great prowess and whatnot." Knowing her pokemon wouldn't be comfortable around David for too long, Natasa gave her Ampharos a pat on the head. "Let's go, Amphy; better company somewhere else, right?"

David merely laughed. "What? I'm not allowed to have vacations? If you must know, I want to visit the Radio tower. I haven't been here in forever," he said. He knew he had hit her sore spot with the talk of Pryce, and he enjoyed that fact. Honestly though, being sprayed in the eyes with a repel didn't sound very fun. He looked at a watch he had on, and cussed under his breath.
"I'd love to play with you, my little birdie, but unfortunately I have another birdie to play with," he said, leaving to the Radio tower in haste. He nearly walked up the stairs to his meeting in a private office. He noticed the weird looks of recollection. He knew this was a bad idea. He was a hometown hero, and even after 3+ years they would recognize him. He ignored them, and went to talk about this possible partnership with the big time employee of the Radio tower.
"Didn't they learn their lesson the last time? Silly people, thinking Team Rocket all dispersed," he said with a laugh as he greeted the possible ally. They had a laugh before getting down to business.

As Alice turned the corner she noticed someone looking oddly like her brother with a Houndoom talking to an girl a little older then herself. She ran up the girl, with a slight growl from Teddi. "Shh Teddi. U-um...h-hello. Your Amphardos is really cute," she said, trying to start a conversation with Natasha. She actually just wanted to know who she was talking to just before. She knew her brother had a Houndoom and it had look remarkably like him.
Teddi jumped down from her arms and tried to introduce herself to Natasha's Amphardos, but ended up falling on her face. Teddi started to cry again, and Alice picked her back up. "Shh, it's okay," she said, struggling to hold back her laughter. Teddi got so excited sometimes that she didn't pay attention. Teddi quickly recovered, and Alice set her down. This time Teddi did go over to Amphardos, holding out a paw. Alice had a "aww" moment. It was hard to believe Teddi still acted the same as the moment Alice had hatched her from the egg.
She looked at Natasha. "I'm Alice. This is Teddi. Sorry, she still likes to act like a baby pokemon," she said, earning a glare from Teddi. "Who are you? I've never seen you around her before," she said, once again attempting a conversation.
